Repairman was on time and called me 20 before arrival. He wore a mask and booties which is so respectful. He worked quietly and efficiently and answered all my questions about humidifiers. I'm 74 and have been housebound for 16 days and unable to get out of my driveway because of snow. He quickly shoveled a path for my car. It was such a kind thing to do. Just 5 minutes but it meant everything. I have been with Vailes for over 15 years and their service has always been wonderful.

We have been very happy with Vailles. Our furnace died last year during a cold spell, they came out right away to help get it fixed. The furnace needed to be replaced and they moved around their schedules to get our furnace replaced as soon as it arrived. Everyone in the company has been friendly and professional in every interaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
