Top Notch came out and installed a new pool for me. They helped coordinate the pickup of the pool, and digging at the site. They walked me through the details of operating the new pump, and answered any, and all questions I had. They followed up, and completed the last bits of remaining work, and the speed at which the install took place was great. I will continue to work with Top Notch as my pool needs additional service.

Charged a lot and did very little. They said they added chemicals and that they were leaking out. that was clearly not the case. then said they could do no more service unless I got leak detection servvice (there is no leak). I beleve these people take unfair advantage of their customers. I would NEVER recommend them.

Top notch has been servicing my pool for 14 years, they are reliable, responsive and do a fantastic job. I needed a pool remodel and would not go anywhere else. My new remodel is gorgeous, and has exceeded my expectations. Some items were out of stock during the remodel, no fault of Paul and his crew. Paul kept me informed and offered alternative ideas if possible. I now have the pool of my dreams, and so many compliments. 5 stars for Top Notch, Paul and his team.

My sister Marysol M. at KWD referred me to Top Notch Pools when she found out we wanted to resruface out pool desck and pool. I must say after looking over a couple of estimates and calling TOP Notch I was pleased to go with their estimate. The price was according to what we wanted, they offered great ideas and suggestions, professiona, timely, excellemt customer services, great communicaters.

I can't say enough about this company. Over the years, I've noticed with most companies that getting a call back is nearly impossible, but Denise who works in the office has not let us down. She is always an absolute pleasure to speak with, calls back the same day and listens to our concerns. Marcos our pool tech is on time and does an amazing job of making our pool look its best so that our family can enjoy it. Thank you.

I have been working with Top Notch for a few years and love the entire team. When I needed my pool resurfaced they gave me a great price, were on time and did an awesome job! Now take care of my pool on a weekly basis and I never have to worry about my pool. They are always super professional, polite, and efficient. Excellent peace of mind the entire time. And good to have the number of a great local service to rely on. I would HIGHLY recommend Top Notch for any pool needs.

I contacted Top Notch Pools for a resurfacing job, along with new tile. They are located not more than 2 miles from my home. I made an appointment from 2 pm-4 pm window. I personally do not like appointments like this as they should be made within a shorter window of time so I am not wasting my time. They never showed up. They never called. Thus this is very disrespectful to a potential new customer and lacks integrity.
My guess is if they can not make an effort to get new business once they get it they probably cut corners and are hard to reach and ignore you and no doubt provide poor customer service. I for one have eliminated them as a potential business I would use.
