Swimming Pool Service By Pool Heaven

My technician from pool heaven, Michael, is always very helpful, honest and responsive!

I was looking for a new pool maintenance company. I saw this company's truck service my neighbors house so I walked over to try to talk to them. Technician said he doesn't do quotes and that I needed to call their office. So I call the office and leave a voice mail message. Couple days pass and nothing. Hmmm. so I reach out via the Yelp app and contact them that way.

I got a text response. Great! I send over pictures of my pool and ask for a quote. They don't answer my question and instead ask when they can begin service. I told them I would like to know how much it is before I begin service. They avoid the question. They again try to set up service and I told them I don't need service until the end of the current month so they said they will contact me next month.

I AGAIN ask how much?! Nothing. Nope. Nada. The month passes and nothing. Never got a quote and never heard from them again. I think it's very reasonable for me to ask how much the service is before I sign up for it. If they needed to see the pool in person to give me a quote, that's fine too. But they just ghosted me when they found out they couldn't start working on my pool immediately. I guess they are just too busy for new work.

Signed up for service with Pool heaven about 45 days ago. Kyle came out signed me up came back the next day cleaned the pool and spa. I was really happy. The route tech started coming not having pool service before, I wanted to make sure they came. Checked my video surveillance and came when he said he would. Balanced the chemicals spot brushed some light algae spots skimmed and left.

This went on and I kept checking to see the progress. Week four I had to ask why the tech didn't show after the fourth holiday and also let them know that my spa hadn't been cleaned for some time. Company response, Scheduling issues and the tech was back out the next week. Tech did chemicals and net and gone. After 5 weeks the spa was still dirty and not addressed.

If the techs were as thorough and thoughtful as Kyle they would have a good business. I emailed my issues and cancelled service. No response from the company to date. Disappointed.

We are customers in Westminster and we are completely happy with Pool Heaven's technical and maintenance care services that they provide. Scott is our service technician and he has been the best technician that we have had so far. Scott's attention to detail and excellent work ethic has proven consistent with every weekly visit. Man I love you guys. You always do a great job. Scotty is our pool guy. There were pieces of fireworks, ashes all kinds of stuff in our pool from the 4th of July and Scotty got it all. They take care of you at Pool Heaven. They have replaced our heater, fixed our jets, cleaned our big filter, they do it all. Great and honest service! They came the day after I called and thankfully replaced a small part to completely fix my pool heater. It was a great relief to us because our pool guy said we would need to replace the whole heater. It's refreshing when a company doesn't try to up-sell you when there's an easy fix. Thank you!

We purchased a jacuzzi and unfortunately the company basically dropped it in our backyard and we never received any further support. Chemicals were off, had scaling occur. LOADS OF FUN! Was not easy to get a company to come out for a simple jacuzzi so we used Leslies for water testing for a short time until we were fortunate enough to find Pool Heaven!

Wish I had taken before pics of our horrible looking build up inside the jacuzzi, as well as calcium. Short story, we bothered Kyle a handful of times with uneducated questions pertaining to our water, and he was BEYOND helpful and oh so patient! Today our jacuzzi water is beautiful! Their billing department is also very responsive, which is difficult to find nowadays! If you're looking for a great company that cares, contact Pool Heaven!

Pool Heaven has been a blessing for my mom and me. We had some filter issues, algae issues and a whole lotta questions. Adam has been the pool man we've needed for a long time. Very professional, courteous, and respectful. I want to thank him personally for his excellent work in a timely manner. We are now gonna have him service our pool for the time being. Had our pool put in last year and I've been cleaning and doing the chemicals myself. All of sudden my entire pool turned green and I had some black Algea. I couldn't get it back to normal, swimmable water. I called pol heaven and the next day Kyle came out. He back flowed my pool, cleaned the pool and got the chemicals right. 2 days later my pool was crystal clear and swimmable. Hired them for weekly pool service. Great prices and great customer service. Thankful to have them, this way I can't screw up my pool again.

Had my 32,000 gal. pool acid washed as well as some plumbing repair on my filter system. Several other companies gave me a quote. I went with Pool Heaven because Adam seemed very professional and nice. He gave me a great education on water chemistry. He was knowledgeable, polite, prompt and personal. My pool looks great again. Very happy.

I requested weekly service for our spa after they fixed my water pump. They accepted and said they'd send someone out last week. No one came. I contacted them and let them know that no one had come to service the spa. They said they'd send someone. No one came yet again. I decided to find a company that would actually send someone to service the spa.

This company is the best! I have a large swim spa and tried to take care of it myself. Big mistake! Called Pool Heaven, they showed up when promised after calls to other no shows. Ryan quoted me and took care of the spa the same day! Always show up and do a great job! Even helped me out with an electrical issue. Highly recommend!

Update after 9 months of cleaning: Water - looks great Weekly cleaning - good but sometimes is done too fast and I can see the areas they missed. They also do not bother to close the side gates after cleaning. We have pets so this is a big issue. Equipment - no backwash was ever done or brought up even though my psi went well above the 10 psi over normal.

I happened to be home and asked if they were ever going to backwash the filter and was told that he was not sure how to backwash my sand filter. He did offer to backwash on the spot but why would I let him do the backwash if he just said he didn't know how to do it? No attempts to alert me to high psi or tell me if they needed anything provided by me to get the job done. Basically, there has been zero communication from pool heaven since I hired them.

I terminated my service as of Jan 1 but Pool Heaven didn't even bother to show up this week for the final service. Maybe they are off for the holidays but again zero communication.

So I just contacted pool hevan to repair a light in my pool.
