Dropped in to see if they had a pool part I needed. They are always friendly and guided me where else to look.

We just had a new liner installed. There were just 2 guys. I havent seen such team work and professionalized as these two guys! If I could gave given them 10 stars I would have!

Good evening Jay, I've been meaning to get this note to you. I just wanted to express our upmost satisfaction with our experience with Swim World Pools. From the first call with Amanda, your meeting, pool installers, orientation, cleaners, concrete, and especially Ronnie. The entire team was absolutely phenomenal. After coming off a sixteen month house build dealing with several contractors; I have to tell you, your team has been the best to work with in a long long time.

Every touch point from ordering loungers, pool vac, changes, beat my expectations. It's really hard to find great customer service these days. Moreover, extremely difficult to operate a business with every touch point exceeding customers expectations. My friend, you have mastered that with our experience. I know it's not easy in the line of work either.

So congratulations to you and the team! I just wanted to express our pleasure and ensure you knew how amazing every one did to make us satisfied. I truly wish all companies were operated like Swim World. Sincerely, Phillip

HORRIBLE AND PETULANT! They have made the claim that they did some work on my pool which I know didn't happen. They said they came to my house walked in my backyard and fixed my liner. IMPOSSIBLE! I have two huge dogs that would've eaten any technician alive! They said they have before and after pictures of the work so when I asked to see them, guess what they told me?

We don't have to prove anything! I assure you, they did not come fix anything. I sent them pictures of what was wrong prior to scheduling and my liner looks exactly the same! She then tell me it's common for a liner to fall again in the exact same place and exactly the same way. I can prove my point, they can't prove theirs! This is a horrible place.

Thank goodness for all the better places in the area! Too bad there's no one that can hold them accountable. That's clear by the way she was speaking to me on the phone! It was like I was speaking to a 13 year old. THE UNIVERSE WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE, SWIM WORLD OF GALLATIN!

I went in to get my pool water tested. The staff were nice and helpful. They answered all the questions I had. I ordered all the pool chemicals I needed and they had them ready the same day. My only advice is you should call ahead to see what times they test pool samples and when orders are filled.

Very disappointed with this company. I called for a repair a week ago. They said it would be a day or so before they could get there. They called this morning--one week later--and very unapologetically said it'll be mid-December before they can come to look at my pump. I explained that I know it's pool closing season, but that surely a repair would come before a closing.

After several conversations, the service manager finally told me they would put me on a list, but that it would still be 3 weeks. I think that should have been the first thing she offered. I feel like they are trying to pare down their customers. I called Fox pools and their service manager told me they're really busy but immediately told me she'd see if there was any way a technician could get to me quickly. She called right back and told me they would work me in today. They'll be my pool company going forward.

These guys are great. First of all they did a beautiful job installing the pool/spa. They did all our stonework around the pool and created a fabulous looking creek. The owner, Jay, is a diligent worker and is honest in his dealings with clients. They answer my calls or emails promptly and 'fix anything that needs fixing'. Perfect.

Replaced my very faded 18 year old liner. That was 3 years ago. Supposed to be getting a very good grade liner. From day one I had severe leaks. They came out multiple times and finally said it was evaporation. This is about 6 inches in less than 3 days. Anytime I tried to schedule any type of service, the office girls were very rude. I called for a closing of my pool at the first of August and was told it would be near December before they could come out.

The "new liner" has continuously slipped out of track. Over and over again. I have to leave a hose on constantly in the pool. I had to switch to another company. Last year when I opened the pool, there was no water in it at all because of the leaks. Having issues again this year. Now I am having to replace the liner, no surprise!

Jay put in my pool and has stuck by me when i had problems with the finish from the manufacturer (trilogy). The color began to fade over time and his team refinished it for me to ensure i was happy. He is a good person and he genuinely try's to help when you have problems with any of the work he did.

I have been using Swim World Pools for years. They test my water and recommend only the chemical that are needed. They have a good sale at the beginning of the pool season. I purchased a new robotic pool cleaner from them this year. It has done a fantastic job, and I have not had to do the back breaking chore of vacuuming my pool. It is simply amazing at how clean my pool stays. Swim World Pools staff members are always helpful and friendly. I recommend Swim World Pools for all your pool and spa needs.

I went to swim world for some pump gaskets. I was told that if they didn't install my pool they wouldn't sell me the gaskets I needed. They had the gaskets hanging on the wall with a price tag on them. I asked the manager again if I could buy these gaskets. She again told me they were for previous customers only. Unbelievable! I will never shop at pool world again.

Leaving this review based on an experience from two other people whom I personally know had a bad experience with swim world. Their experiences have gone exactly the same.!BUYER BEWARE! Please please do your research before deciding who you want to throw 50 grand to! Read contracts carefully! Swim world is a company who over books themselves with projects and uses a "rain delay" clause on their contract as an excuse.

It has been two months since they OFFICIALLY began working on the pool but about 3-4 months since their joke of a contract has been signed. We were told the pool would be finished to where we could use it by Memorial Day. False. It is still sitting untouched for two weeks now with a pile of gravel around it. Nothing - I repeat NOTHING has been touched in two weeks.

This same situation happens repeatedly, over and over they will do one small thing, then nothing for a week or more! And don't you dare try to contact them with concern. they will sideline you! We have had about 7 calls and even more messages ignored at this point. They will not get back to us, but we know why - because they LIED about a completion date they KNEW they couldn't fulfill. They've used the rain delay excuse.

It has rained TWO DAYS in the past two weeks! Every other day has been sunny and hot. Rain is no excuse! This whole experience has been a NIGHTMARE for my family when it should be exciting.!Beware beware beware! There are PLENTY of reputable pool businesses around the area that I wish we had gone with. Swim world is a TERRIBLE company to deal with! Bring your business and your thousands of dollars ELSEWHERE!
