I received a bill for $75 for a consultation but I haven't even heard anything back from anyone at the company for a proposal on the project. But by all means make sure you get your $75 for doing nothing. They called me constantly to pay the $75 but not a soul called me about the project. This was the worst project experience. From the moment that we went into the office and were told that our Project Manager wasn't there to meet with us.

Then over hearing the awkward conversation about how we just showed up by the receptionist at the front desk. I guess having an appointment doesn't indicate that I may be showing up. California Pools met me in person, provided me a 3D rendering and a proposal the same day. Also, they did not charge me a dime for their consultation. Guess who got my business.

I can't say enough good things about Sunkiss Pools. We were quoted by another pool company who was 20k above our budget, and we were lucky to find Dallin and Sunkiss afterwards. Our pool was finished in 6 months, within budget, and with no hiccups along the way. We never had any issues with communication and everything was done right the first time. Like everyone else said, Dallin was amazing to work with!

Sunkiss came recommended to me by a friend and we were so happy we found them. We had a very strict budget and Bryan worked with us to make sure we got the most bang for our buck without being pushy and trying to over sale us. He took his time to answer every question I had and was always available via text or a phone call. We have enjoyed our pool more than we ever thought and so happy to be making memories as a family. I would highly recommend the investment and Sunkiss pools.

We had three bids when we built our pool in 2018. Bryan was by far the most detailed in his bid which gave me confidence in his ability to foresee potential problems and give attention to detail in the design and build of the pool. He did not disappoint. The pool looks good but also functions well. It practically cleans itself. 2 years later he is still responsive to any questions or concerns we have had as new pool owners. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Sunkiss Pools went very well. It is the first pool we have ever had. Dallin 'held our hands' throughout the process, from design and layout to up and running. He went out of his way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The price for the product was competitive, (actually below other quotes), and they stayed on budget. Bryan and his team at Sunkiss Pools were awesome to work with. We needed to resurface our existing pool and wanted to add a hot tub. We didn't want it to look like 'we added' on a hot tub, but weren't sure how to obtain that. We got 3 different bids from pool contractors/remodelers, and Bryan's bid was no only reasonable, but he had the best ideas and was definitely the most knowledgeable!

He was able to give us good feedback and ideas of how to 'marry' our existing pool/equipment with the new hot tub and equipment, and how to get the look we desired. I would highly recommend them!

Bryan always did an amazing job keeping us updated on all the different phases of the build, even when we wanted changes to the plans he took care of it and it was never a problem. This was our first time building a pool. Naive to the process, after all was said and done, I'm glad we chose Sunkiss Pools. I've heard so many horror stories from friends about other builders but our process was relatively smooth. They stayed on time and budget. Speaking of budget, their pricing was excellent. We built a pool in our old house and had a terrible experience with another company. Our experience with Bryan was so much more positive. It was a night and day difference! We met and got quotes from 8 different companies before deciding to sign with him because we were so nervous to live through the nightmare we did before. Bryan offers a reasonable price, but makes sure quality work is being done.

He was not pushy or salesman-like at all during the design process. I have a difficult time making decisions so I would often ask him "what would you do if it was your pool?" I felt like he always answered with honesty and he was so patient with me and all the changes I kept wanting him to make. When we had questions or concerns, he would get back to us promptly.

He was responsive and professional, but also friendly and easy to talk to. So glad we used him! We have never once regretted it and would recommend him over and over again. If you're on the fence, sign with Bryan. He builds beautiful pools and is a great guy all around!

We used Sunkiss Pools to build our new pool and spa during our new custom home build in north Scottsdale. Our builder's usual pool builder raised his rates and his communication was lacking, even during the design and bid phase. We also talked with several larger companies and were extremely frustrated. Then our builder spoke with another general contractor to get a recommendation and that's when we met Bryan.

Of the dozens of contractors we have dealt with during this home build, Bryan is without a doubt the top one. We couldn't be more thrilled with the pool (quality, aesthetics and function), the communication, and feeling like we paid a fair price for excellent work. He is one of the rare contractors who is thorough, hardworking, and most of all, honest. I highly, highly recommend Bryan and Sunkiss pools to anyone who is looking to have a pool built.

Unfortunately I'm not able to review their work as I couldn't even get a quote. I read tons of reviews in my search for a pool builder. I wanted to give my business to a local, smaller business instead of one of the big companies. I called and spoke to the owner who said he'd have his guy who manages my area give me a call to schedule a quote.

I guess silly me assumed someone would come out to measure the area we want the pool in, and maybe tell us about options as we have never had a pool before. The guy called and won't come out here due to Covid. I doubt there's Covid in my backyard. Instead, he took notes based off an overhead picture of my house on Google Maps! Seemed sketchy, but ok.

He said they're 2 weeks out right now. (I thought he meant on building). He meant on quoting. Needless to say, it's been over 2 weeks and no call back, no quote. I guess they're not in need of my business.

We really enjoyed working with Bryan and his crew! They went. Above and beyond the call of duty! We are so thankful for how everything turned out.

We just finished a pool remodel with Sunkiss Pools and couldn't be happier with the experience and the results. Our remodel included removing the plaster surface and replacing it with Pebble Sheen, replacing the waterline tiles, replacing the in-floor heads and installing new in-floor cleaning valve, replacing a sheer descent fountain, putting a new channel drain in, removing stucco from a retaining wall and installing a natural stone veneer with travertine coping to the wall and a porch column.

We approached our pool remodel project twice over several years, accumulating bids from 8 or 9 companies. We never found anyone we were comfortable with on our first attempt so we postponed the project; three years later we solicited another round of bids and luckily discovered Sunkiss Pools. Unlike most other companies, the owner, Bryan Stradling, comes out for the bid, not a salesman. It's a much better experience and he really tries to figure out what will work best for you rather than a salesperson telling you anything to get the sale.

The bid came in at a competitive price and Sunkiss got right to work and completed the project in a timely manner. Bryan was very professional and easy to work with. He was always available by phone/email during the project and responsive to any concerns we had, making any necessary adjustments to give us what we wanted. He took care of every last detail without hesitation right up to the very end.

It was an easy process and we never had any reason to worry during the renovation, we always felt confident that we were in good hands with Sunkiss. There were no surprises and the finished product turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Sunkiss Pools and found them to be an honest company that does high quality work with integrity at a fair price.

We could not be more pleased with Brian and everyone at Sunkiss Pools. Not only do they handle our monthly care, but Brian's team just rehabbed a 19 year old pool into something worth having your family over to enjoy. Brian was fair to deal with and is always quick to address any issues, concerns or questions I may have. I would recommend Sunkiss to anyone, and I have. As a transplant, I trust Brian and Sunkiss with my pool and I will for years to come!

We are so please at the process of building a pool with Sunkiss Pools. We have been in our house for many years and finally decided to take the plunge! The design process was so fun! Bryan provide the 3D drawings to show what our yard could be, and were we ever surprised! The time frame was about 12 weeks from signing of contract to completion. He met every date and was always communicating.

He addressed any of concerns with prompt professionalism. And can I just say, the finished pool is beyond my expectations and dreams! We cannot wait to use it this spring - as we got it heated to enjoy a longer swimming season! Thank you to Sunkiss Pools for a dream come true!

I bought a home in Mesa, AZ with a fairly new Sunkiss pool already built. After looking at a lot of homes, this pool and spa really stood out from the rest with quality and design. The artistic pavers with the rounded coping really add a lot to the overall look and value. I recently built a new spa and pool in a new home in Mesa. The experience was great. Bryan had a very competitive bid with great communication and worked with us to get exactly the design and look we wanted.

He did a custom split bench spa for me that I love, LOVE, LOVE. I referred Bryan to friends and they are also VERY happy with their pool and spa. Bryan built them a beautiful barbecue kitchen too and my landscaper has been over there to take pictures for his own use he loved it so much! The entire experience has been positive from start to finish! VERY happy.
