I am thrilled to say my family will be purchasing a brand new above ground pool from Gianna Mannetti the store manager & sales specialist at Splash Pool Supply on November 6th for our children as a surprise Christmas present! She listened to my family's needs, she was knowledgeable and very thorough, which placed my trust in her. This is important to me, as this was a big investment for us. We requested specifications and within minutes she was able to email these over to us. We are so excited to spend our next summer splashing in our pool!

I couldn't be happier with Splash Pool Supply. I have had the absolute worst experiences with the majority of pool places east of the River. Primarily because my home has a pool that is gunite and most places simply wont talk to you if all they know is Liner pools. After 2 years of dealing with getting the run around from all of the large name places around me, I finally found Splash Pools. Paul and his staff are great, extremely knowledgeable and always make the time despite being busy to talk to you and help you get on the right path, or in contact with the right people. Steve, Paul's main service technician did an incredible job for me moving my pool equipment into a place that made more sense and increased its ease of serviceability.
I would highly recommend anyone to look into splash pools for all this pool related. These are top notch people. I couldn't be happier! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I've been a customer of Splash Pool for over 25 years and drive over 30 miles round-trip to use Splash instead of far closer competitors. Paul and Brenda Healy are not only terrific people, their entire staff are always so well trained, courteous and helpful. They are understandably very busy so sometimes there is a wait but it is well worth it. Paul is so knowledgable that he really helps you solve problems.
I am now in the process of replacing the liner and ran into a snag with the coping that is obsolete. My pool is 50 years old so snags do not come as surprises. In response Paul sent out a technician named Steve with his sidekick Tom this morning. They were amazingly helpful. so friendly and knowledgeable. After careful examination Steve came up with an ideal solution.
We are so pleased and ready to get started. I was glad to see the good review of Dave & Eric below because they will do the liner install once Steve & Tom finish the coping. Thanks for your help Paul.

I went there with frustration because my above ground pool filter was on the fritz, I spoke with Paul prior to visiting the store, when I arrived Paul stopped what he was doing gave me his undivided attention and explained in detail what exactly was needed to get my pool running smoothly. Although they are very busy Paul ensure the could get a pool specialist out to my home the same day. I would highly recommend splash pool supply

I met Paul at the CT home show and decided to buy the show special automatic pool cleaner. Paul and his staff have been excellent to deal with and extremely helpful! My vacuum ended up having several issues and Paul fixed them in a timely manner. Unfortunately the machine broke down again Paul kept me in the loop and was able to have the unit changed out for a brand new one.
