We are SOOO glad we hired Splash Pad to create our dream pool! We interviewed dozens of companies and from the start, Tucker was professional (and NOT pushy) and guided us through the process. The owner was involved in the entire process and assured quality - which was very reassuring. Their attention to detail through to the last day with our site Manager' Micah truly really exceeded our expectations.

Worth every penny! Do NOT hesitate to hire them if you want a professional, responsive, dependable, top notch company and team. I could give 101 examples of where they killed it and stepped up but this review is getting long!

We had Splash pad pool builders come and and give us a quote for a pool. The were prompt for both the initial appointment and our follow up appointment. Wayne was our point of contact and walked us through every step of the process. I cannot recommend him enough. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He kept in contact with us regularly and was always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend working with Wayne and Splash Pad Pool builders.

Jennifer met with us and happily answered my thousands of questions while choosing our design. They absolutely nailed the design I had in mind. They started working right away. Slade was here every step of the way overseeing each and every stage of the pool build.

We just finished a pool build. Dig day was 11/11 and pool was filled 12/23. I just wanted to give a shout out to Splash Pad Pool Builder. They were amazing to work with. We are going to miss the crew a lot! We have been burned by contractors in the past and we just moved her from Iowa, but the moment we met Jennifer we felt at ease and knew that we found a great company.

On pre-construction meeting day we met the owner and our team. They were all amazing! Our on-site foreman, Josh was amazing (and my dog already misses him!) and answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with everything. They didn't even laugh when I asked if we could design the tanning ledge based on our goldendoodle's height - it's perfect for her as well (she's nuts and loved the snow so we knew she would need a place to keep cool in the Texas heat!). Splash Pad Pool Builder made all our dreams come true and we can't wait for all the family time and memories we make with the new pool! You won't be disappointed using this company!

Communication was excellent. Not only were they great with giving me choices, they also dug deep to find out what we wanted in our pool. I'll start by saying, we're going to miss these guys! We had a wonderful experience building our dream pool! We interviewed many builders and what set Splash Pad Pool Builder aside from the rest was the fact that they do EVERYTHING! They not only build the pool, but they do the re-sodding, irrigation, etc. all included in the cost of the pool which was lower than all the rest who didn't provide the additional services. Splash Pad Pool Builder were willing to deal with our, difficult to access, backyard where other pool builders turned us down.

Another plus is they provide a port-a-potty on site for their workers. The guys were so patient with us and our many many questions and always answered our calls and texts quickly. We developed such a great trust/relationship with Chris, Slade and Mick and can't say enough good things about them. Not to mention, Splash Pad Pool Builder finished our pool so fast! Dig day was August 11th and we were swimming in it by September 26th! You won't go wrong if you choose Splash Pad Pool Builder to build your dream pool!

Our pool is amazing! It came out so great and faster than expected. Chris was great during the design process and Slade was awesome during the build, he answered all of my questions and the communication of the guys was above and beyond what I expected! We built our pool during the tail end of the pandemic. Even with supply chain issues and more rain in DFW than ever before, they finished our pool before we expected. The whole team was great to work with and they were very communicative during the whole process. We love our pool and would recommend them to anyone who is think about building a pool.

There has probably been no more challenging time than now to build a pool given supply chain issues, COVID, demand etc. however Josh and Jeremiah have delivered our dream backyard. Everyone compliments us on the finished product and we are loving it every day. The process is what it is when building a pool but even after the pool was finished they were able to address any small outstanding items to make sure they were resolved. Very happy with our SplashPad pool!

I could literally cry at how happy I am with my new backyard pool paradise! I have dreamed of having a pool for years and had a clear vision of what I wanted!
