Unresponsive, unprofessional, significantly overpriced for services that they claim to have provided and do not follow through. We have a custom pool they showcase on their website that they have not maintained. It is ill advised to take their word for treatment/services provided. Owners Scott and Tammy do not deserve a star rating of any sort. Chris however was always professional, quick to find a solution and his efforts did not go unnoticed; they were much appreciated by us.
Our own experience is a summation of what we have heard from friends and from the previous home owner. We believed it may have been the behavior or requests of our friends that might have caused the rendering of poor service from Splash, but much the contrary. We requested our pool opening for April 14th/15th requesting cleaning out the pool, filling it, addressing the hot tub as well as installing the salt cell.
My fiance was present when they arrived and reiterated our desires for the pool opening. I get home from work to a pool full of leaves, a choking filter, the heat on and the pool cover propped up against the hot tub which also went without attention. Contacted them and they return around the 23rd. Unfortunately the chemicals were still not in balance, had not been back flushed, leaves were still present at the bottom of the pool and it turned out they lied about the installation of the salt cell.
I am not a pool specialist and entrust that those we hire will willfully execute the job for which they were hired, exercise it with integrity and practice their craft ethically. Come to find out the pool was inappropriately cared for allowing for the potential of electrocution and/or tank explosion. We have contacted the owners by phone and email incessantly to have their team return to complete the opening of the pool appropriately and address the hot tub to no avail. They are the epitome of unprofessional and providers of subpar service. Their only professional guarantee is disappointment.

We contracted with splash custom pools to renovate our 35 year old inground swimming pool. Part of the remodel included pouring a new concrete deck and coping and installing linear drains. The quality of the work was worse than sub par. The drains were not installed at the correct height, the coping has large gaps and holes, and the concrete relief joints were sawn with a dull blade causing many chips and cracks.
The concrete look terrible and now needs to be completely removed again and re-poured which will be very labor intensive and costly. The owner, Scott was not responsive to multiple calls requesting resolution to the poor quality of flatwork. He flat out refused to fix it. We then heard that his employee that did the concrete work was no longer employed with the company, yet Scott refuses to stand behind his work.
Part of the remodel also included all new equipment, pumps, lights, filters, heater, etc, , all of which was never delivered to us. We have been left with a large hole in the ground and an unfinished pool for over 1.5 years. Scott also refuses to provide their business insurance information so we have now filed legal action against him personally and Splash Custom Pools & Spas. Beware of this company and research their reputation before giving them any money.
