We can't say enough good things about working with Sonco pools. They installed our Inground pool about 12 years ago and listened to our wants and vision but also kept our budget in mind. We have been enjoying our pool every summer since. It was time for a new liner and when we contacted them about it I received a very quick response and a quote as they looked up our information from all those years ago. Our new liner was installed about a week ago and they were great. It looks like we have a new pool and we could not be happier

We recently purchased a Hot Springs hot tub at Sonco Pools & Spas. We were lucky to work with Mike who provided answers to our questions as well as things to consider that we would not have thought of on our own being first time buyers. He was always informative and never pushy which was greatly appreciated. Sonco did awesome in all of their communications with us- questions, sale, delivery, service, warranty, and training! I recently purchased a new hot tub from Sonco Pools, the entire experience was incredible. Mike Tucker there walked me through everything and made me feel knowledgeable, since this is my first hot tub purchase. Delivery was quick and their install team was friendly and fast. They even let me bring my water sample in so they could test it to tell me their recommendations for chemicals. Great Experience, would recommend to everyone.

My wife and I have been researching hot tubs for quite a while and decide to make the purchase during December to take advantage of the end of year sales. After numerous trips to both Great Escape and Sonco we absolutely decided that Sonco had the best product, service, and price. Our sales man Mike was very knowledgeable and was very patient with us. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we understood every aspect of our new hot tub. Our service from Sonco is excellent our new Hot Springs Limelight Pulse is amazing. No regrets!
