We chose Smith's because of their knowledge because we were first time pool owners. We were very pleased with the sale of the pool and the package they offered. However, we had some issues with installation. One, we were told what times to be there and we were there 20 mins prior to that time and the crew had already left without talking to us. Second, I got in the pool on day 3 (because it rained from 1 hour after installation until day 3) and noticed the uneven surface below, we questioned it, they blamed the rain, but did say that they never stepped in the pool after installing.
So how do we know? Also, why would you install knowing the upcoming weather if you felt it could be an issue? Lastly, nobody came down to assess the area in which we were putting the pool, I later learned that many other installers do so, again I say, I'd buy the pool again, but I would hire my own professional installers if I could do it over again. Installation is very important.

I am very happy with my experience at Smith pools. I started to use them based on a referal of a friend after moving into a house with an in-ground pool.
