We had Serenity install our pool in 2020. We have two season of it and absolutely love it! They come out and open and close our pool as well as answer any questions we have. They did a great job on install and delivery in a very challenging time at the start of the pandemic. We would recommend them to everyone! This by far and above the best choice in installing a new liner. Lamar came out when he said he would, gave me a quote that was substantially less than 3 other proposals. He quoted me 6-8 weeks but ended up being able to install my liner3 weeks sooner. The crew he brought were courteous and informative and knew what they were doing. They came at 730 am and were pumping water into the pool by 1pm.

My pool looks fantastic! Oh and another thing he replaced my valves and pipes at the pump under what others quoted me, and repaired my light. Just today I gave their company 2 recommendations!

Serenity Pools went above and beyond to help me and I'm not even a customer. I live in Wisconsin but nobody here could help me find a part for my pool. I contacted every single dealer in my area. They either didn't have it or wouldn't provide it to me not being a customer. Had some really rude people sort of get snippy with me just for asking. I contacted Serenity with a shot in the dark request, and they helped me get what I needed! They even shipped it to me in Wisconsin. Lamar and his team did an outstanding job! We chose Serenity pools because they are a locally owned small business with the owner - Lamar - on site at every job. We weren't disappointed by this decision, as it's obvious he takes great care to make sure that every detail, on every job, is perfect. His team is made up of some of the hardest workers i've ever seen; digging and working in 100+ degree heat at times. Lamar's experience is evident from day one, as he takes everything into account during the design of the pool - from grading to draining to electrical placement.

They even truck in the water so you don't have to wait to fill the pool from your hose. Everything you need to swim on day 1 is included in their package, as well as an expert who's only a phone call away to provide service after the sale. It makes sense why they're often times booked up to a year in advance - as he's likely the best pool contractor in the southeastern PA area!

I would like to give kudos to Serenity Pools for a wonderful experience with our pool installation. After having multiple pool companies out to our home during our planning stages we chose Serenity Pools. Lamar, the owner, was at our house working from start to finish. He is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and their company has great customer service (which is hard to come by these days). I highly recommend Serenity Pools!

This pool installation company comes to the jobsite prepared and gets it done - and they also helped us find "Ching", our Golden Retriever, after he ran off while exercising. Highly recomend them for pools. Lamar is involved first hand with every job.
