In 1974 Roy Vaden began building in ground pools all over the middle-Tennessee area. He has over 45 years of pool construction experience. By the early 1980s, our family being residents of Wilson County, began to see a need for a pool supply and service business. This wasn't our plan at first to expand, it happened in a gradual and unsuspecting way!

We are licensed, bonded, and insured pool contractors and serve the Wilson county and surrounding areas. You can expect the same high quality when we build your in-ground swimming pool or as many of our customers refer to it as their private oasis.
We Only Provide New Construction for specific areas within Wilson, Smith, and DeKalb counties. NOTE: If you have purchased any pool equipment from Roy Vaden Pools (Pump, Filter, Salt System, etc.), and it is under warranty and there is an issue, please contact Pentair directly (800) 831-7133. They will file a claim for you and find the nearest Pentair service center to make any warranty repairs for you.

Awful experience. I was told it would take 3 weeks for this small project. It's been almost a year and my yard is still torn up and the project isn't complete. We will go weeks with no response to texts or calls. They don't communicate, respond or seem to care about finishing your project after they already have your money. I would not recommend using them. We should've went with the competitor with the higher prices and we would have had a completed project months ago.

They are always so helpful and kind. They have built pools at our last two homes and have always done a beautiful job and taken great care of us regarding maintenance, warranties, etc. We have really enjoyed our pools and they've been a big help with water testing, chemicals and keeping our pools nice.

After several hot summers, we decided we wanted a swimming pool and chose Roy Vaden Pools. Their quote was not the least expensive, but certainly made up for it in the quality and experience. Our backyard was transformed to an oasis and the owners helped us along the way with any questions or concerns. We drive by 4 pool companies just to reach Roy Vaden Pools for water testing and chemicals. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

I am a second generation Roy Vaden Pool fan! I remember visiting long ago when I was a child (I won't admit how long!) and am now a customer myself. Not going to lie, my mom made me go! I tried to manage the hot tub myself last year (we bought the house with the hottub). Despite being a long-time lifeguard with tons of experience with pool chemicals - I never could get my pH correct.
This year, took a water sample to Roy Vaden Pools, got my analysis, chemicals to correct, and detailed instructions (we are switching to the Brilliance Spa System). I am to go back next week with a sample. SO much easier than trying to do it all on your own (and spending more money in the process.)

I cannot say enough about the staff at Roy Vaden Pools! We are new Pool owners and they have been most gracious in helping us get started! Each of them have gone above and beyond to help us! We had problems with our pump and motor along with learning everything there is to know. They have taught us and guided us every step of the way! Thank you so much!

I don't suggest you waste your time with this company I have been trying to get a call back for over a month. People at the front desk seem to care less about helping you with your needs. I've encountered not so great service previously in many industries and this is the first time I've taken the time to warn people of how poorly I was treated as a customer.
I have done business with them over the years and my opinion is, the customer service level has gone from bad to worse. I'll never use them again and have found a new pool company that is responsive courteous and well priced.
