Critical: Professionalism Waited 5 weeks for an appointment for a estimate for a complete make over of my backyard. Only to get a text the morning of to tell me (Bladen) he checked google maps and decided he wasn't coming out because he didn't think there was room in the yard. There's plenty of space.

Me and our family couldn't be more pleased with the friendly costumer service and responsive time frame of the ladies in the office from answering calls and returning them to there friendly and responsive on time. The contractors the overall process was a great one I highly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to referral anyone are pool was completed in the given time frame and built with quality and precision and pride and the overall outcome is the Proof it was a great experience from start to finish

Rock Bottom Pools did an excellent job on our pool and landscaping. Our pool designer was Richard and he was able to come up with a complete landscape and pool idea that we loved! We had a slope issue at our home and he came up with a brilliant idea of an upper level and lower level for the yard incorporating steps, fencing, landscaping and pool so now we have an upper home area and a lower pool area that are absolutely ideal!
Rock Bottom was great to work with in designing and incorporating all the things we wanted in our pool and backyard landscaping. Due to covid restrictions it took a little longer to build than normal but they did it even in the midst of the covid pandemic where labor was short and product was harder to get and it turned pout absolutely fabulous! This was our first year enjoying our pool to its fullest and we absolutely love the way it turned out. I highly recommend Rock Bottom Pools!

Well 16 months later and my jets are clogged with quartz. I've called the office 4x and they told me someone would call me to discuss my warranty. Still no call back 4 weeks later. I pulled the trim and the jet had a 6 inch piece of quartz blocking jet. The jet is still not working and still no call back. Please review my full review on Yelp.

It has been a week since they have been out to my house to give me an estimate. The salesman said it would be two or three days and have not heard a word, even after emailing them still no word. Maybe they thought i didn't have the money or they just don't care. Whatever the reason, this is no way to run a business. Very unprofessional. If my unique backyard was a problem why wasn't I told that from the beginning or within a few days? Why just ignore the issue? A good businessman would of told me up front that my yard was not workable and that would of been the end of it. You chose to ignore me and hoping i would just go away. Bad business on your part. Rock Bottom helped transform my backyard from a flat piece of land to an oasis. This was a big project involving a pool, patio, a lot of cement, gutters and drain pipes. Alvin and Logan gave good advice and listened to my ideas. If I requested a minor change, they came out and verified the new plans. The price at the beginning when you sign the agreement does not change at the end. They finished the job very fast at the time frame given. Alvin cares very much about the quality of his work. I highly recommend Rock Bottom for any backyard projects!
