Riviera just finished our pool and it's stunning! Brian was great to work with from the onset and truly set Riviera apart from the other bidders. They were always on time with their crews. Stayed on budget except for where we upgraded. We had a very specific color and pool style we were aiming for and they made it happen. Hunter was also on point.

Great communication with me and with our landscape design and build firm. We have never owned a pool, so they were both very patient with us along the way. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Brian Tippin was a true professional to work with from the design phase through the end of the project. He patiently and thoughtfully worked with us to make sure we got the pool and layout just right for our yard. Brian helped us understand how the pool is built and how it all works. Brian was so great to work with. He worked seamlessly with our contractor and presented options that uniquely and perfectly fit our vision. We couldn't be happier with our gorgeous pool! The guys were extremely professional and friendly, and overall great to work with. The pool works flawlessly from day one.

Reached out for a quote and never received a response. If you can't get a quote from a company imagine what it is like trying to get in con ya t with the company as they are building your pool.

Like a lot of people, I would give Riviera Pools a higher rating if I could. We researched a lot of companies and couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with Riviera. Brian is the new owner now but was Tony's (old owner) right hand man during our pool build. I know they won't skip a beat as Brian is very much on top of everything. He's got a great eye for design and very helpful in helping make those tough decisions on color and products.

Their price came in right in the middle and I will have to say we felt very comfortable that the price was fair. Don't go with the cheapest option as many pool contractors we contacting appear to cut important corners. Riviera does everything top notch. Most importantly, these guys ALWAYS answer their phones throughout the process. All their people are polite and professional. Riviera Pools will build you an amazing pool!

Would give more stars, if I could :). We are very happy with Tony and his team. Tony battled with our HOA and got the designed approved, he was very patient with their queries and design changes. Still not compromising our original requirement. Dont bother wasting time with other guys (Including Hawkins pool, who was very reluctant to take on the project as the access to the backyard was not easy). Tony visits the site every day during the process and stays on top and even accommodated our last min requests.

Strongly recommend Riviera pools team (Joe makes the process look so simple). Did not finish on time because of the unexpected long rains during Jan/Feb, nothing to do with the team. We thoroughly enjoy it every weekend. Cant wait for summer!

This company is fantastic! Not only are their pools incredible, but the customer service is exceptional. Tony Cisek, the company owner was at our property every day to check on the progress of the pool's construction, and was great with suggestions and fantastic to work with. I cannot say enough about how awesome these guys are. Joe Robertson was great too.

He was the construction manager and was so helpful and professional, and made sure things were going smoothly. Not only did we have our pool done, but our entire backyard! Riviera pools handled all of it for us! If you are thinking about getting a pool, call Riviera Pools! They truly are the best in the business!

Our new home has a Riviera pool and the family has thoroughly enjoyed it since we've moved in. We took a three month break during the winter but we're now in it every day and the kids absolutely love it. It's gorgeous and was one of the reasons we bought the home. Recently we had several pool parties, three in a row, and afterwards the pool wasn't circulating effectively and prevented the jets from coming on in the hot tub.

The pool guy was dismayed and so I called the control company, Pentair, who's excellent, but they couldn't figure it out either. We then decided to call Riviera as a last resort and left a message over the weekend. It's been four years since they constructed the pool and we weren't sure what they'd say or if they'd be able to help.

To our surprise Joe Robertson, construction manager, called first thing Monday and met me at the home. Joe assessed the situation and in 5mins knew we needed to clean the filter. I assumed he'd leave and let me work it out with the maintenance company but instead he returned with the tools to clean the filter. Joe spent an hour cleaning and educating me on the system and made sure everything worked flawlessly before he left.

He wouldn't accept any payment, and even provided us with a new jet for the hot tub at no cost! Truly exceptional service especially after 4 years! Great customer service is alive and well at Riviera Pool Company! Thank you Joe!

Tony did an excellent job in relaying the daily activities. His team arrived everyday at 7:30-7:45 am. Tony and his Construction Mgr., Joe Robertson, visited the site daily. Riviera Pools did an outstanding job in design, construction, and maintenance of our new pool. Tony, the owner, did an outstanding job throughout the entire project. The pool is a work of craftsmanship and art! His guys are unbelievable in the skill, precision, and craftsmanship performed on the pool. His estimates were dead on, no surprises. We now have a pool that we literally use every day. Our backyard looks incredible. We highly recommend Riviera Pools!

Riviera Pools has just finished our backyard pool project and we have nothing but praise for the way things were done. Riviera was professional, timely, and easy to work with throughout the project. We met with a few pool builders prior to starting our project and Riviera was not the cheapest - but their quality shines through and I believe - well worth the difference. Tony and Joe worked with us throughout the project and managed the enitre project - pool, decks, outdoor kitchen and even recommended a top notch landscaper that they helped to coordinate everything with.

There were no suprises or unexpected costs - everything was explained very well before (and during) the project. We would definitely recommend Tony Cisek and Riviera Pools to anyone interested in a high quality, beautiful pool. We would definitely use them again - but won't need to because things were done right the first time.

We began the long process of building a backyard pool by contacting almost all of the local pool construction companies. We had friends that had highly recommended Riviera Pools, and in retrospect, we are so glad that they did. We had several other companies that never called us back and a few that we talked with and got bids from. With that said, Riviera Pools stood head and shoulders above all of the other pool companies.

When we met with owner Tony Cisek, we had a good feeling about him. He was open, honest, and made us feel at ease. He was very organized and professional. He offered us references and the ability to call previous clients and find out about their experience. From what we know now, building a pool is a messy job and things will always come up. Even when they did, Tony, and our main contact at the company Joe, worked with us to mitigate problems, assure us of the fixes, and help us understand the process. Tony and Joe were always willing to talk about the details of both the design and installation. Tony was very transparent about the installation costs in the detailed contract. Riviera uses good contractors and offers the best products with very solid warranties.

If I am being totally honest, we weren't fully excited about the concrete contractor Tony used, but Tony was even able to help us work with them and bring about a great result anyway. We are very pleased with the results of our backyard pool and spa and will recommend Riviera to all of our friends interested in undertaking a similar feat. There isn't a better pool company in the Bay Area.

We chose very carefully when selecting our pool builder. It helped that our neighbor had Tony and Riviera build his pool nearly 10 years ago and said he was among the best vendors he ever dealt with (and as an owner of restaurants and clubs, he is in a position to know good from poor businesses). Our experience was tremendous, as Tony walked us through the process, gave a detailed bid (he was not the cheapest), and kept the project on track nearly to the day.

I cannot give a higher recommendation and caution anyone building a pool from seeking the low price - that would be a huge mistake. You want the best you can get to make sure the job gets done with excellence. We now have a pool that we enjoy and each question we have had since has been answered promptly - thanks Joe and thanks Tony!

We had a pool built by Riviera in July/Aug of this year. We can not be more pleased. Tony and the team took a great deal if time in educating us regarding the process and what to expect. They were extremely professional. More importantly things were completed ontime and ahead of schedule. Basically they did exactly what they said they were going to do which may not seem like a big deal but when you deal with contractors on various remodel projects you learn that things have a way of slipping and communication issue arise. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a quality product and a worry free build process.

Tony Cisek finished our new lap pool last month and my wife and I would absolutely recommend him and his firm, Riviera Pools, to any of our friends. From the first meeting to the day last month when his team filled the water and then gave us our new pool owner orientation, Tony and his crew have done everything they promised on time and within budget.

Our home is on a hill with a sharp drop-off and Tony's advice and guidance through the engineering and excavation phases was both on spot and comforting. I met with four other providers and what set Tony apart was his listening skills. Too many pool contractors appeared more interested in building us the pool they wanted to build as opposed to the one we wanted.

Simply put, Riviera Pools is the type of professional, experienced contractor who actually cares about their reputation and does what they say they will do "on time and on budget."
