Loved Nathan & his workers. Did an excellent job for a fair price. I gave him 4 stars only because his quote included rebates from the gas company ($300.00) and SCE ($200.00) Gas company sent me back a rebate ASAP-however, SCE says Riverside Pool Supply hasn't applied for the rebate program. We have advised the owner twice now-and still not listed in the approved contractors list on Edison.

We even provided the phone number the rep gave us for Nathan to call with his contractor's license to apply.? Hmmm. Somewhat disappointed. since his estimate included both rebates.

I've had Nathan come out before, he's real good at what he does. Came to see why heater wouldn't light it was the gas in line was clogged had to keep starting it for it to go on. Lol now we can use it thank you Nathan

Ned came at the appointed time to take look at the pool heater. The pilot light had gone out and I was concerned about a gas leak. He lit the pilot light, told me that the heater was old and that he didn't want to work on it. I paid him $95.00 and he left. A lot of money to light the pilot light.

I just have to say that Nathan was great. He was on time and professional and fixed the problem and the price was reasonable. I honestly have been trying to get this problem fixed for over a year I had called no fewer than 10 other companies and I always got a combination of no-shows, no callbacks, or if they would actually show up they couldn't fix the problem but I was charged a service call anyway.

But Nathan was different! He had a problem resolved quickly and it was SO obvious that he really knew what he was doing. As long as I'm in Riverside I will ONLY do repairs with Nathan.

He does not know how to fix a pool. I had him redo some plumbing it was a very small job. He used 4 x 90 degree angles. Any one that repairs pools knows that you use sweeps not 90 degree angles. It made the suction drop a lot on the pool pump. I had to redo it a 3 rd time. Worthless to call him.
