Not very helpful when you call and have a question about a service to be provided or something you need They just act like they don't care if they answer the question a not so. If they can't even help me when I call on the phone with a simple question makes me very concerned that I would want to buy a expensive item like a pool or spa offer them therefore I think I will do my business elsewhere.

Bought a new pool from here two years ago. Nothing but problems with my new liner. Black spots kept showing up on the floor of liner. They were perfect rectangular. Sent pictures, phone calls and never got any help. They kept telling me it was my chemicals. I've had a pool my whole life. It wasn't the chemicals. Remember perfect corners and rectangular shape.
Well after not getting anywhere we ordered a new liner from another company and when we went to install it found the problem. The last installer from rhiel supply left the liner box cut open and lying flat in the sand. MOLD. the entire box is black with mold. There's my rectangular shape I kept getting. We are out at least $1500. New liner, water, chemicals and new installer fee.
