Regal Pools

We are in the initial stages of building our first pool with Regal Pools. Our experience with the Company, especially with the Sales Manager, Jesus Parra, has been wonderful so far. Jesus has taken the time to answer over a thousand questions (not hyperbole!) we have had during the process, satisfactorily. He has come up with a cool design to transform our backyard to a private oasis. We are excitingly looking forward to the completion of the project in the next few months.

Regal Pools did a fantastic job designing and building our pool. They took the time to listen to our wish list and designed a modern and beautiful pool that was better than we had envisioned. When it came to construction, we had a unique challenge with having an old pool buried in our yard. Regal had experience with this issue and we're not afraid of that.

The cost to de-construct the old pool was less than expected and the crew doing the work were true craftsmen! Our build went fast and each crew came and went quickly for each phase. Our project manager, Edwin, was involved every step of the way. In fact, Edwin stopped by daily to check in. He was always patient with our questions or requests and we appreciated that level of service.

I highly recommend Regal Pools to anyone looking to build. Their service and results from the quality of design, to the build, the and service after completion was outstanding. They are truly a company you can count on!

We had to redo our Wall since the Stone before started to crumble. Everything was great from start to finish. Devin was so amazing to work with and explained everything and kept me up to date when they come out and what will be done. We had such a great experience with Devin. Thank you again. We had a wonderful experience building our dream pool with Regal Pools! Building a pool is a big commitment and we interviewed several local companies. When we met Josh, we knew immediately this was the company we'd trust to build our pool. Their pride in workmanship and attention to details when they build their pools is why we knew they would build us an amazing pool.

They made the design process fun and exciting and made sure we were happy with each selection. They designed a fun area for our 4 kids to jump, dive, and play in their hidden cave. Shawn was our project manager and did a wonderful job. The timeline of the build was well organized and explained very well. He was always accessible anytime we had questions.

The project ran very smoothly and was completed before the estimated time frame. I will recommend Regal Pools to all of our friends & family! We had three different pool companies come out, but Regal Pools really listened to our design idea and captured every single detail. Carlos provided the design, and Shawn implemented and oversaw the construction with meticulous attention to detail. Shawn was extremely communicative, and kept us informed of each step, even meeting with us on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Regal Pools.

Can't express enough how great Josh, Chase, Toby and the entire Regal team have been! Fighting weather and every other issue in the world today, they came through and completed our Amazing pool on time and with great detail.
