Red Mountain Pools

Tried contacting outside of normal business hours using their own website webmail. Continually get failed to send, try again. Why can't they publish their email address or sort out their website?

We recently used Red Mountain Pools to replace a pump that went bad, clean our filter, and drain and bleach our pool. It was in very poor shape. Thomas from Red Mountain was very helpful with the whole ordeal and he got our pool back in top notch shape. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and highly recommend Thomas as well.

Thomas from Red Mountain Pools came over to address a problem with my pool losing prime. I had been trying to fix the problem myself, and was out of ideas as to what was causing the problem. Thomas spent most of the day working to address what wasn't one issue, but several, all the while explaining everything and checking with me prior to starting any work.

He even identified a few simple fixes I could address on my own to save money, as well as going beyond the scope of work to address a few other minor issues which had been in need of repair for some time. He made himself available for follow up phone calls over the next couple days and walked me through some of the work I had decided to do on my own, and even called back after just to make sure everything had worked. His pricing was fair, and he was a professional throughout. I would highly recommend them for any pool repair work you might need done.

I called to have my pool heater repaired. The people that do my regular pool service checked a couple of things. They then suggested I change out the whole heater. I was not convinced that was the best option. I then called Red Mountain Pools. Thomas came out and checked out the whole system. He was able to tell me what the problem was and point out potential future issues.

He was able to to take care of everything for about a quarter of the price of a new heater. He showed me all of the old parts and the new ones, prior to the install. He was also able to tell me why one of the parts failed prematurely. He corrected the problem. The bottom line is, I was very happy with his service. The nest time I need pool service, Red Mountain Pools will be my first call and I will request Thomas!

Had red mountain pools come out to queen creek and do a swimming pool heater service. They were awesome, professional, and great to work with. I have hired them to come out once a month now.

When we got our home in Queen Creek, AZ the swimming pool was a complete mess. We got on the phone with Red Mountain Pools LLC, and set up a pool maintenance plan. The service is always professional and honest. I didnt even know that it was a salt water pool. Red mountain does an excellent pool cleaning every time. I highly recommend.
