The pool designed and built by Reality Pool is absolutely stunning and it was priced very fair. As with any construction project, a few issues popped up, but they were mainly due to bad weather. My only complaint would be sometimes communication wasn't the best, but in the end it all worked out. I would recommend Reality Pool if you're looking for a new pool.

We got a recommendation for Reality Pools from our neighborhood page. We got four other quotes and went with them due to them being responsive and answering my million questions. We had delays as all contractors are going through right now, however, when their teams were here they worked hard and fast. It was pretty amazing to watch. Our family is extremely satisfied and would use them again. If your just starting the process and new to it like we were, just hang in there, you'll get there in the end.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy we are, for signing a contract with Reality Pools. From meeting with Paula to design every detail on our pool, to working along side Carlos throughout the building process, we couldn't have had a better experience. They answered every question we had and there was never a lack in communication (huge plus)! We have already recommended them to a couple of our friends and neighbors!

A co-worker recommended Reality Pools, LLC. I was hesitant to inquire because we live in League City and Reality is located in Katy. I was concerned the distance would slow the process. Instead, Ms. Paula, Carlos and their work crew did just the opposite. When the weather allowed, they were here on time and did not waste time on completing the pool project. Ms. Paula and Carlos are, genuinely nice people, and very professional in their work.
Even after the pool was completed, they still stayed in touch to ensure everything was working properly. I have, and will continue, to recommend Reality Pools, LLC to people who have asked who built the pool. We're going on two years of enjoying our pool, the deck and pergola. GREAT TIMES AND MEMORIES! Our previous pool was built by reality pool. But at that time they worked with the previous owner. We enjoyed our pool very much! It's spacious considering our not so big backyard. The depth is good and they even installed a diving board. And above all the function, it's beautiful! That's why when we moved to a new house without a pool. We first contact Paula for our pool project.
And she's willing to meet us in a short notice. We really appreciate that. Although our project was postponed due to our reason, Paula is still willing to keep in touch with us. Thank you Paula! You are still first on my list in the future.

Reality pool worked with us in getting our pool installed within time and budget. They were very cooperative and met all our expectations. During the installation, we found a fiber optic cable in the pool area - which was clearly outside the easement. They made sure the cable was not damaged and even though the cable company took several weeks to relocate the cable, Reality pool tried to recover the lost time and did not charge us any extra.
They are also servicing our pool on a weekly basis and that service is carried out like a clockwork and professionally. On our recommendation one of our neighbor also used their service to build a new pool and the neighbor was very pleased.

What I can say? Reality Pools' work is outstanding. You can see pictures for the upgrade job they did in 2015 for the 2004 pool that they ALSO did. Scope included not only the pool and jacuzzi, but also the closed barbecue house where we have our parties and gatherings with our friends! When I looked from proposals, RP were the ONLY ONE who provided the detailed breakdown I requested, so I was able to check the quality of the equipment and materials they used. In addition, Reality Pools have done the pool maintenance since 2004!
