My experience with Rainbow Pools was very pleasant. I had an idea what I was looking for, but Diana went over all the options and helped me order exactly what I was looking for. There was no high pressure and they were willing to work on the price with me. I was kept up to date on all developments with my purchase through delivery. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub.

I called two years in a row this year i called early had a issue happen and need pool fixed blown off 2 years in a row what a dirt bag company i really needed there help money wasent a issue thay dint even bother to even look at it after i called and emailed like ten times

This morning when I was leaving to bring my mother to the hospital for surgery and asked the technician to move his van from the driveway he told me to "GO F**K YOURSELF". Thank you for the great service you guys. SMH

I called to get a quote for a pool liner three weeks ago. I mentioned I was getting quotes. The woman asked who else I was getting quotes from. I told her the Pool guys was one, she replied, "I can tell you we will be the same price, it's not worth getting a quote". I told her I heard that as you do not want business and are telling me not to use you.

She insisted that wasn't what she was saying. In the end she told me someone would come by that Friday. Three weeks later, no one came, no one called. In reply to Rainbow's response: When I asked if July 4th was a possible date for install and you informed me it was not I said that I understood. That is why I went ahead with requesting the quote. An email to me personally explaining anything you say in your reply could have been time spent letting me know you thought I was incorrect and to have made a negative a positive for us both.

Instead you let anyone who reads this know you have plenty of business and are not concerned about creating a bad experience. This response of yours says everything about how you conduct business and own any responsibility you might have to do the right thing. It is a blatant "we don't care". You could have ignored this, let me rant about my bad time and have my say, and tended to your paying clients with this time, instead you took it as an opportunity to blame me for my bad experience with you.

No one makes you leave a snarky reply to a negative review, that is who you are, and what you choose. Congratulations, you went the extra mile with your reply towards earning your 1 star review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They Charged me $552.11 for a sham pool opening. When they left, the pool water was swampy, the stairs and ladder was covered in algae. They also left a plug in one of the pipes which prevented me from backwashing the system. I had to call another company to redo everything they did. 24 hours after this other company left, my pool was crystal clear.

They told me that for less money, they open the pool, clean it, and also take out pool furniture and clean that as well. When I called Rainbow pool to discuss the bill, the sales person was extremely dismissive, and told me "they don't have time to clean pools because they open 600 pools". I also told her she just lost a customer she said "OK that's fine". STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPAY AT ALL COSTS!

I requested a quote from Rainbow Pools on fixing an issue with my current inground pool. They came to take a look and said they'd get back to me with a quote within a day or so. I waited well over a week, almost 2, and then I followed up to have them say they can't take the job because of the type of pool I have. That is fine, but they could have at least let me know so I could move on with another company. Customer service, thumbs down.

Rainbow pools, where do I start. Professionalism would be a great word that describes my experience with everyone I touched based within this great company! With designer Dave on top and of course the ownership but also down to every construction person that walked in and out of my backyard was just a pleasure to be around. Dave is an amazing person.

He answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely matter and was always there to provide us with solutions. He really went above and beyond and working with him was such a pleasure. Watching the whole team build this thing out of a lawn was entertaining to say the least! From the first 3D model design that Dave provided for us to the end product that looks stunning we are so happy we went with rainbow pools for our home paradise.

I am Also exited that out relationship will continue in future with all services and maintenance that comes with owning a pool, but with rainbow it will just be a fun game. Thank you Dave and Mike from Aurora, Danielle and Nik Romic

I recently moved-into the area and asked Rainbow to rehab the pool and provide open and close services, as well as regular cleaning and maintenance for the summer. They are efficient, on-time, helpful and they do not push product or service that is not necessary. For me the fact they they immediately respond to calls and emails is a great! However, I am most pleased by the fact their service teams arrive when they are scheduled and are pleasant and work efficiently. I am very happy with Rainbow Pools.

One of the few pool companies that we'll work with. They've done a lot of work on my personal pool, the technician took the time to explain everything and left the work area and pool in great shape. My company works on one of their sites weekly and the work they do is superb!

I can't say enough positive things about the Owners and Staff of Rainbow Pools. Just had the first pool of the 2017 season installed. Absolutely amazing team of guys. Thanks to all, you are the best!

Went in on Saturday to inquire about winterizing my in ground pool. The sales rep went to find someone to help us, returned and asked if "we (Rainbow) installed the pool". We said, "no" and she went back to speak with her boss. She then came back to us and said ".unfortunately, we're not able to take you on as a customer because we didn't install your pool and it's not a top priority. if you're still interested, maybe we can try to fit you in sometime around late November." So i guess then, that no one should bother going in there for chemicals or any other pool supplies because they didn't "install your pool"!

There are a few businesses up here in Dutchess County that have been around for a long time like Rainbow and Botini Fuel Oil. In speaking with some of their representatives/sales people, they come across with an attitude as if they're the only game in town! Wrong! I hope to see these pompous jerks at one of the local Home Shows when they try slipping me literature while passing by. Too bad there isn't a negative star rating here. I'd give it to them! KMA Rainbow Pools!

For over 20 years I had been dealing with rainbow pools but the last 4 years were awful! Their maintenance crew for installation and repair have caused me many problems. I have had to bring in other sources to correct their serious mistakes. How awful that their rating from me has gone down from a 5 to a 1. Actually, I have a hard time giving them that! Beware!

I have a beautiful pool thanks to the crew at Rainbow Pools. They helped us with site selection, started the project when they said they would and finished on time and within the budget. As an added bonus, they have an incredibly talented landscaping team who did beautiful stone work and repositioned plantings giving us an outdoor living space that we use from April through October. These guys are professional, courteous and always return my calls. I highly recommend Rainbow Pools.

I have been dealing with rainbow pools for well over 12 years and my experience has been absolutely wonderful. They have a great staff of honest hardworking people that care about their customers. I give them my highest recommendation.
