When customers approach our counter they will be greeted by one of our knowledgeable staff with a combined total of over 200 years of experience.

Today was my first time coming here. I was wowed by the size of the store and showroom area. I was looking all around as I walked in taking in all the sights, when a sales person walked up to assist me. I gave him the spill of what I had going on. He answered all my questions and showed me what could possibly meet our needs. Told me what chemicals to use and how much. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you Dan for your patience and kindness. Made my day. Oh, also love their floor!

We have shopped here for 30 years. Went in this morning to get pool supplies and were told if the pool was not open could not purchase them. Then the guy could not find us in the computer that was an issue, so my husband left. Its sad that a once great place seems to have changed. We will buy our supplies online.
