I had a literal emergency! Liner came out and my son was having a party on the busiest week of their year they responded ASAP! We always receive excellent customer service from staff in office (Jill!) and staff that come out to open/close pool and emergencies! Service: Swimming pool equipment maintenance

They built our pool approximately 16 years ago. We used them to open and close our pool for many years then started using some independent contractors who were ok. We decided to start using them again over the past 2 years since they knew how our pool equipment functioned and I felt it was the way to go. On various occasions their personnel were unable to open our pool properly and only a select few employees had the wherewithal to accomplish the task.
They opened our pool this year and we have had many issues keeping it clean. It appears that the skimmer is not working properly and we called today to ask if they could please come out and check it. Justin told my wife they were not available until next week and proceeded to hang up on her. I then called myself and was told by their secretary that Quality would no longer provide us with any service. I guess COVID has blessed them with enough customers so that they no longer have to treat customers with respect. Truly shameful.

We did our research before selecting a pool company - had heard nothing but great things about Quality Pools. We are SO glad we went with this business. WONDERFUL experience. I contacted Quality Pools on a Friday and spoke with Justin. I explained that I am trying to take care of a deceased relative's property and inquired about having someone come out to remove the cover and assess the state of the pool. He took all my info and said he would speak to his boss to see if they could help me. I called back on Monday afternoon and left a message to follow up. As of the following Thursday, they never called me back. I guess that's an indication that they are not taking new customers, but a call back to say so would have been nice.

I had a copper issue with my pool water that another Central OH pool store could not solve after working with me for over a year. Justin at Quality Pools pinpointed my issue immediately and had it resolved within just one week. I am now a loyal Quality Pools customer and am confident that my pool is in great hands. The staff is friendly, fun, and they are clearly experts in their field. I can't recommend this place enough.

We could not be more satisfied with our brand new mountain pond in-ground pool! Quality Pools came highly recommended to us by another family who had built two pools with them. We sent an email and within minutes, Joe called us and was at our house the next day looking at our yard and listening to what we wanted. We knew right away that this was the customized service and personalized attention we were looking for.

We recently purchased a new pool liner and heater from Quality Pools in Columbus Ohio. Their sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with from the start of the process. Their field service technicians were friendly, hardworking and they completed the task with professional and detailed workmanship.
