One of the most important features of your pool is its interior surface, which is why we offer finishes that provide beauty and peace of mind for years to come. Our interior pool finishes are soft to the touch, resistant to ultraviolet rays and bacterial growth, and custom-manufactured for an exact fit.
Excavation for a vinyl-lined pool is a job for an experienced backhoe operator. Normally the side excavation is approximately two feet beyond the finished pool perimeter to allow for assembly and a concrete footing to be installed.stalled. The second step includes assembly of the steel panels and stairs, coping receptor, skimmer and inlets as well as suction and return plumbing.
First, our staff will work with you to finalize the design, add-on options, decking and other such details. Once all details are finalized, we will begin by grading the site and forming it into the necessary shape. No need to worry about permits and licenses, as a state licensed contractor, we obtain those for you.

I was directed to Quality Pools from the Hayward customer service. I did not purchase the equipment from Quality Pools and wondered how this would work out. Absolutely amazing is all I can say. Not only did they far exceed my expectations, but I also learned some additional pointers on my DE filter from chatting with Rusty when I dropped the unit off. Excellent service and experience! After researching pool companies in the surrounding Knoxville area I was so surprised at all the negative social media and bad experiences. Came across Quality Pools in Powell and there were so many people totally happy with installation and product. Scheduled a meeting with Martha on a Saturday and we must of stayed 2 hours listening to the presentation and knowledge they provided.
So easy to work with and 100% pleased with price, service, and quality of our pool. Even with this covid 19 issue going on they kept us informed throughout the process of what expectations were on receiving supplies and material to build our pool. The team that built our pool are their employees and not sub-contractors so they have a lot of skin in the game to make sure its a good experience. Cant say enough about team that showed up and how nice and personal they were during construction. Thank you Martha, Steve, and team for a wonderful experience and a beautiful pool to enjoy. Steve, Trent, and their team are very professional, great to work with, and very detailed with their work. Our pool was to be set back into a hill and they made it look so good. Better than we expected. Highly recommend them! This job sir was not easy and very tight to work in and they made it look so easy.

I called Quality Pools in a bit of a panic last night and spoke with Clyde about parts to hold a winter cover on our new pool. He was super helpful and had everything in stock for us to pick up. I ended up not needing all the parts and when returning them today(with no problems what so ever) I met Martha. She was kind and knowledgeable and gave us several tips for when we open the pool back up in the spring! I'll definitely be back!

The staff is the most friendliest around. They are excellent at what they do. Not only did they install our pool 9 years ago but when a storm came and tore up everything in our yard they replaced our liner and it looks wonderful. Thinking about a pool or spa give them a call you'll be glad you chose them.
