We purchased an Intex pool (from another company) and it has been years since ive had a pool. Now with all these new salt water systems and all i have no clue what to do. Thanks to the crew at Pool Plus. My wife went in there with a water sample and the staff was very helpful in giving us exactly what we needed. They were also very knowledgable in answering the questions we had. I highly recommend them for your pool supplys. BTW i'm writing this a few days after i added the recommended chemicals and my pool looks crystal clear.

I go here for the majority of my in-ground pool supplies because they are close by and staff is always super helpful and friendly. I have a salt water pool so it's a bit difficult to maintain. They also were helping me in getting a new pump for my waterfall & were excellent in working with me and even allowed me to return something that didn't fit on the filter- which was great!
This is also a pool store where they ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING & what their talking about. I swear a lot of other pool places just talk in circles but they know their stuff and get straight to the point! 5 stars! Super friendly owners and employees.

I still go here from my pool supplies. It's been several years since I've purchased my hot tub and even though I'm not the most careful person when it comes to maintaining it, I have yet to have any major issues with it. Heck when I needed to shock my tub, they even loaned me the supplies, nice people here. plus they re did the outside of the store! It looks nice.well, nicer :

Tried to buy a Hot Tub Spa. Machine answered twice and on the final attempt reached someone who said no one was available to help me because they were busy with customers. Needless to say, went elsewhere. Unbelievable customer service! To Owner. Offered to leave my contact info with person who answered phone and he said you can but they never call people back because we are too busy. Try calling us back later. BTW, left message on machine.

Great place, friendly staff, very accomodating. I dropped off a mystery part that broke on my spa, and Seth was able to help me identify it and help me find a replacement part online, as it was so old he had no availability to get one in-shop. Water testing done there is incredibly useful and their selection of shock and maintenance chemicals is all you need!

Unassuming spot but has everything you need for pools and hot tubs. I've found the staff, especially Seth, extremely knowledgeable about both pools and tubs. So much so that I bought a hot tub from him. This was after checking out every competitor in the state first. I ultimately went local and glad I did. If you are thinking about getting a hot tub, talk to them.
Their product line is tops and you'll get an education about hot tubs if you want. Seth will always go the extra mile to help you solve a problem. His service is great. Highly recommended.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Both Seth and Wayne Jr are super easy to work with and go out of their way to help you (especially if you have a million questions like we did). We bought a floor model hot tub that we loved and they walked us through everything that needed to be done on our end step by step. They did a great job dropping it off and positioning it as well as all the chemical teaching. We have been enjoying this new addition to our house for a few weeks now and wish we had done it so much sooner!

I wish more stores were like this one. They have a great show room and a very pleasant staff. Me and my wife purchased an 18x33 oval resin pool last year. They did such a great job installing our pool. They were on time and and professional. The work crew kept this site clean and safe. They were polite and and hard working. They did a flawless job. My family can not thank you enough. Pools Plus is our go to for everything our pool needs. Wishing you guys a great pool season.
