We wanted to build with a local company. We shopped around and found Pool & Spa Works price to be competitive and their timeline reasonable. Mario handles things at the beginning and is polite, insightful and always available for questions. Chris and his building team worked tirelessly and helped guide us on layout and options as the build went along that we could have not envisioned without Chris and it turned out beautiful.
They worked in extreme heat and got the pool finished in a small time line. We had a couple bumps in the road and Chris's response was immediate and caring. After going through 30-40 pool builders I hire them to build my inground swimming pool. Signed the Contract in January 2021 they told me they will start end of July and will take 2-3 weeks to complete. I was kind of skeptical because with everyone else I checked they said 8-10 weeks. Well they did NOT disappoint. They started end of July and were done in exactly 10 business days.
We had small hiccup the pool started leaking water because of busted pipe under the concrete walkway but they came right away and fixed it within a week and new concrete was poured.

Went in today trying to resolve an issue with my pump not priming. The staff there went above and beyond, helping me with the various reasons it might not be working. I had done some searching on YouTube and they helped keep me from going down the wrong path and eventually got me what I needed to resolve the issue. Good old fashioned customer service is increasingly rare but was found here at this store. Will definitely go back.

I called in the middle of June inquiring about a pool. They were friendly, but mentioned they can't really do much without a plat survey. This way they will know what size they have to work with. I got the plat survey and sent it to them July 2nd. I followed up July 14th to make sure they got it because I had not gotten a response. They assured me, someone would get back to me shortly.
I then followed up (2) weeks later on July 29th. It is now August 18th, and have not heard back. I couldn't even give them my 75k if I tried because they won't call me back or even respond to an email. I can't imagine if I actually needed my pool serviced.

Run from these guys, they don't honor there warranty! Bought a brand new Hayward heater from them for an in ground swimming pool for $2,750 in August 2017 which worked for 2 months. After opening pool this season it leaked & parts were melted. Never considered once to come out and blamed others for not winterizing properly. Had to have manufacture rep come out & repair. Winterizing was done properly but it's better to point the finger then take responsibility. Heater stopped working a 2nd time shortly there after and they refused to even call back or answer. Terribly disappointing and useless after they take your money!

So i started by calling this company and waiting for a call back. so i had to keep calling until i got Mario to answer and set up for a guy to call me to come out to my home for a quote. i get the phone call i answer and and can't remember the guys name but we spoke on a saturday and set up for him to call me and stop by monday. and i'm still waiting. going on a month now. i understand these companies are busy around this time but i also understand everyone has a phone now a days that a simple phone can be done for rescheduling

They even have a drive up loading service to help load those heavy items If you are looking to have a pool or spa or both their design ideas are great. They can turn a back yard into something you could only dreamed about into reality.

Not good business when you tell a customer that they are paying a deposit for the containers for chlorine, only to tell them they were actually purchasing said containers when they come back for their deposit and that they can't get their money back. Bad business! We'll take our business to the honest pool company in town. I'll let everyone know via all means of social media to also not use this business, as the poor woman in front of us was being told to send her one month old pool bot back to the manufacturer because it quit working. Its one month old! Terrible customer service and terrible business.
