Pool Pros

I contacted this company to provide Eco Finish on my pool. I sent in $3400 down as they said they would get it done end of June after several weeks went by with no word and several phone calls I decided I didn't want this company to do the work and asked for a refund. They kept 15% as "restocking fee" restocking what? They said the color was the most popular and kept it in stock.

I have owned several businesses and never treated any customer like that. It took 7 phone calls to finally get this resolved. I will set another company up doing this work. $6800.00 for $500.00 worth of product and 1 day labor for two workers = $3000.00 per day per worker. look somewhere else.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Wouldn't recommend them whatsoever can't even return TWO phone calls and that's the owner Jeff.

Pretty disappointed with the poor service provided by this company. I was rushed during my initial phone call, resulting in a misunderstanding of what services I needed. I was told I would get a phone call with when my pool would be cleaned so that a quote/consultation could be provided first, but someone ended up showing up unannounced when I wasn't home.

They were supposed to call to set up another appointment since the first did not work out, but we have heard nothing. To top it off, our pump stopped working correctly after the first technician was only there a short time. What a mess.
