Great prices! Came in no issues so far so good! Only thing would be more of a notification on shipping? It just randomly showed up if i hadn't come home for lunch big box would just sit there. Day delivered got email saying it had just shipped

Ordered on a Sunday and received on a Wednesday. Never received a confirmation email from them, just through PayPal. Couldn't get a hold of anyone either. After ordering once I'd order from them again. Just make sure you know what you need. I'd be afraid of what might happen if there were a problem though.

Purchased a motor and drive for hayward baker variable speed pump. Pricing was great, fast delivery, and great response from customer service. Been running for 2 weeks and hope to get another 7 years from pump. Saved a good amount of money as found best pricing and left existing housing. Will purchase from them again.

I purchased a Pentair 2HP motor and pump and when it was delivered the shipping box was severely damaged like it had fallen off the back of a truck. Upon opening the shipping box and inspecting my purchase, the motor access cover and base that supports the motor were broken. I reached out to them to discuss a compensation for the delivery of the damaged item and was told to send pictures to an email address.

The email address returned my email undelivered. I called back multiple times with no answer and no return calls from the company. With no communication from PS4L, I was forced to have the damaged equipment repaired locally. I would caution anyone from doing business with this company.

Amazing shipping and great service. I ordered Friday and it was shipped Friday afternoon. I was blown away when it arrive on my porch Monday morning from FedEx in perfect condition. I will only buy my supplies from this company. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a replacement filter for my rental home in Mexico. When I arrived in Mexico, I discovered I had ordered the wrong filter. It was still in the wrapper in "NEW" condition. When I requested to exchange the filter for the proper one, I was told that it was past the 3m day return policy. I just wanted to return it and get the one I needed.

Not only that, but when I spoke to the "manager", he was quite rude and would not even consider the circumstances of my delima. Customer service SUCKS! Even if you have to pay more, buy from any place but this place.

Ordered Pentair 400k spa heater on a Friday, it shipped next Tuesday, and I had it in TX Thursday morning. Excellent price, with item in stock unlike many other stores, and well packaged for careful transit.

Product was in stock, came in on time. Surprised by how much less expensive the item was. But now I know why. They sent me a faulty/refurbished product that leaks (after two months. Item typically lasts 3-5 years). I reached out for a refund and customer service takes one day to respond to each email. They keep giving me the run around and will not take responsibility. I do not recommend this site.

Placed an order for a vs pump on March 28. I received the confirmation email shortly after. That's when I noticed it stated shipping would take 7 to 10 days. Which is completely different than what the "about us" section of their site says. They state that most orders ship next business day on the web site. Well, here I am on the 12 of April and I still have not received an email stating that the part I ordered and paid for has shipped.

It's useless trying to call this company, no one ever answers the phone. Heed the warning, do not order from this company. I won't ever again as this has been the absolute worst e-commerce experience I have had. Just hope I get either the pump or my money back!

I bought a pump for my pool and when received was inoperative. The seller refused to receive this return and I had to use my credit card to help me. Be careful not to buy from this company that has no scruples and try to screw you.
