Very helpful people working there. A man and a woman running the place when I was there. They were both very friendly and helpful. I described what I was after in the man fixed me right up and put me in his computer system for future references. They had a real nice selection of things. Not everybody carries the pre filter that screws onto a garden hose for filling a spa but they had like 10 of them here.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. I was new to the area last year and had never had a pool before. My pool was in bad shape, so I spent a lot of time and money at the store. I did water testing there, bought lots of chemicals and even bought a Maytronics robot cleaner. There was one person at the store that was extremely helpful and patient. Although, one person at the store was rude EVERY single time I went there.
She was annoyed at every questions, would barley answer and seemed put out by questions. I understand we all have bad days, but she was like this every time I went. When I would see her there, I would just leave. I will not be back this year- going to another pool store close by and already had a much better experience.

Our pool was the greatest thing to happen to us in 2020. We cannot thank the Pool People, and Jarrod Dodds in particular, enough. When we first started our journey of wanting to install a pool, we looked into the Pool People along with a couple other companies. The Pool People were the most informative and straightforward. Jarrod gave us so many resources for us to make the decision on what we wanted, along with reviews from past customers.
I can see now why there were so many positive reviews. If we had a question, all I had to do was ask and we always got a prompt response. The worst customer service out there. I have used them several times and have continued to give them another chance and another. I give up. I have been trying for 2 years to get a service request even responded to and nothing. This past year the opening was not even completed and I got their over priced bill to pay anyway, of course while I am still awaiting response to my service request. Never again. My neighbor has had the same issues with them as I have. We found a new service company and are actually receiving good service now
