Came in, showed them a video of my sand filter acting crazy. 5 minutes had the parts, great price comparable to Amazon.

Anchor Pool Inc was told several times via verbal communication, text messaging, and email that we were requesting services for a NEW saltwater pool that required the use of salt and other chemicals. They proceeded to not only use the wrong chemicals but failed to put salt in the pool. After voicing the issue with the company, they still charge almost $300 for the incorrect services. I would not recommend this company to anyone for failing to correct the wrongdoing and still charge for the services.

Clean, organized and staff is super friendly and helpful and they have a great memory of their customer's needs! They also have a store cat and I love any business that has a pet.

I visited Anchor Pools about 20 mins before they closed. I wanted to get my water tested because my pool had turned green and no matter how many times I shocked it and used algecide, it was not turning clear. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, hello, how can we help you. I explained my situation and the employees didn't pass judgement.

He stated it happens often, but let's test your water and see how WE can fix it. It immediately became our problem and not just my problem. I definitely appreciated that! When I didn't have the dimensions and gallons of water in my pool, they still tried to help me. They didn't try to upsell me and weren't pushy. While the water was being tested, the employee made casual conversation and even gave me an estimated timeline for when I could see results for my pool.

The best part is that they made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. The whole experience with Anchor Pools was amazing, if I could give more stars, I would. I highly recommend to my friends and co-workers!

To the complaints. Walk in there, talk face to face with someone. I constantly see 3-5 people in there shopping. They are busy because you know they're good. Anyway, they do everything and anything for your pool. Chemicals, tests, plans, cleaners, toys, etc. I enjoy their help and advice as a first time pool owner. A pool is a luxury, not a necessity, so enjoy it and put your money where your mouth is. It's your investment, take the time and the money to make it well for you and yours.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Never returned phone call or email regarding hot tub service. They may be a great company but they never gave me a chance to discover that and for that reason I would never buy from them.

Don't know if they have changed managers or not, last year we used anchor pool with no problem, opened and closed the pool, did replaced our pump and the gasket on our filter, all in a timely matter. This year however, pool was opened on a Tuesday, by Friday afternoon the salt cell union nut had busted, water spurting out. I turned off the pump and proceeded to fill out an online service request (it was after 3:30).

I called early the next open business day, left a vm detailing the problem, did so again twice that day and again twice the following day. On the third day I made 1 more attempt (never got a reply) and decided to go with another company when I got an email that service had been done. Not the correct service I had requested (a smaller detail that the pool guy requested) but was then assured someone would be there either Thursday or Friday to fix our salt cell.

Never happened, called Friday afternoon to find out it had never been scheduled but someone would be out today, You guessed it, no one ever showed up. It has been 8 days since the water has been filtered, can't vacuum the leaves etc. from the bottom, can't let the water down (thunder storms) it looks awful. Monday I will call another company as I should have done last week. Update. don't know if this review had anything to do with it, but about 30 minutes after posting, I received a phone call saying someone was on their way.they are here now so hopefully the repair will be done and the pump will be running and the pool can get back in shape to use, they have always been a good business in the past. Pump is up and running, water flow is good, added a few bags of shock, hope it is clear enough tomorrow to see what I am vacuuming.

Great staff and service! They were available very quickly to install my new pool filter and open it. They also stood by their price when they had quoted me $100 less than what the cost of the filter was. I will definitely use them again!

If I could give zero stars to Anchor Pools to discourage anyone from choosing to do business with them, I would. From the lack of communication of service cost during an initial call to the owner's lack of professionalism or accountability for her service department's shortcomings and rude customer service representatives, I've never been more disappointed in 20 years of home ownership in a service provider.

If you are comfortable with a company that bills for services you don't agree to but then threatens legal action for non-payment without even offering a simple apology for a misunderstanding, then this is the pool/hot tub company for you.
