Loved the guys who actually did the work on the pool. Randy, in the supply department, however, was extremely rude and unprofessional. According to him he was "telling it like it is." That may be true but he didn't have to be rude.

The folks at Pool Doctor continue to make my life easier and better. They recently installed a pool automation system and a new variable speed pump to a home I help manage. They did a very professional install and site training for the new systems. I have used them several times over the last 9 years, and they never fail to deliver great quality service.

Finally found someone who is professional and knowledgeable. You get what you pay for I have found out. Pool Doctor is the best, Happy to have found them and will have a clean, well maintained pool moving forward.

We had an unfortunate series of failures with our chlor sync autopilot system but pool Doctor and autopilot both stepped up to fix the problem quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend them.

Great service, the technician called when he arrived, gave us an update on what needed to be fixed with an estimated cost and called when he finished to let us know the estimate was also the final cost. Can't ask for any more than that. Thank you!

Great service a guy name Leo from the store helped my wife and son who don't speak English about 3 weeks ago with our pool. I was out of town and she came in with my son. A guy name Leo from the front store helped her get our pool that turned green back to normal. She did everything that Leo told her to get the pool back to looking beautiful. My wife said Leo was very nice with customer service and to my son. Thank you pool doctor and Leo for helping my non speaking English wife that day. The pool looks great again and not green anymore.

This place is truly the gem of pool care in Cape Coral. If you're doing yourself the disservice of going to Leslie's or pinch A Penny stop it now and go to a real pool company that cares about your pool that you're dunking your body in! They know what they're doing at a reasonable price very thankful for their services

I thought I would start my review by posting my top 10 things a company can do to ensure they quickly go out of business. But pool Doctor already has those down pat. All I can say is this company represents every bad experience I've ever had as a customer of any company. PS - I only gave them one star because the zero star option was not available.

Poor communications and quality of service below average. Very expensive for quality of service. I finally had to fire them after 9 months.their answer to poor service is to try to sell me a new filter and more services.be css as utious!

Absolutely the worst. Made an appointment two weeks ahead with them to repair my pool, they didn't show up and didn't contact me. After me asking them what happened, they said they wouldn't come at all because the drive would be too far. They could have told me that in the beginning. Had to cancel a trip because of that which cost me about $2,000. Really bad business. Go somewhere else.

I just don't understand what I am paying for with my pool service. For $130/month I would think the technician would be here for more than 3 minutes each week. I also pay for hot tub service and today the tech didn't even lift the lid on the hot tub. Each week I receive a "report" listing ALL the technician did while he was here including brushing tiles, testing pool and hot tub for chemical needs, vacuum, etc. I have a camera that records all motion and clearly I do not get the service I am paying for each month. Very disappointed since Nathan left pool doctor.

We had many pool under Service with the pool doctor. The pool guys send a sheet out that the pool are vacuumed, And I took pictures from the pool the next morning what show! there was not vacuumed. We have cancel to the end of the Year the four remaining Services what we had with the pool doctor. We can not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a pool heater installed by a another company less than a week ago. All of the plumbing leaked and the heater wasn't working properly. John came out and totally replumbed the system. They contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and requested a warranty service call to inspect the heater. When Pool Keepers learned that I couldn't get a service call until next week they contacted their rep and explained my situation.

I was called, 15 minutes later, by the manufacturer and they are going to deliver and install a new heat pump tomorrow. Pool Keepers went beyond to make sure I was satisfied even though they didn't do the original install. Hats off to Pool Keepers and Gulfstream for excellent customer service!

Critical: Professionalism Not a review, but the man driving this truck pulled out in front of me, proceeded to get angry AT ME, flipped me off, and yelled curse words out of the window. Not a very nice guy, not to mention, was driving extremely dangerously.

Josh is the customer service representative for Pool Dr. No matter how many times you ask him about issues with your pool service, he pretends no one told him I had an issue. He is mean spirited and always in a hurry! When I asked for a link to pay next months bill, he said he already sent it and I should check spam! Naturally, the customer's. issue.

I advised him that I had received other emails from his company and it was not in spam. As it turns out, Pool Dr has a new computer system that he says is not working well! He is the most unprofessional service employee I have ever encountered. I don't want to judge the pool tech by Josh's indifference. Josh talks down to you and makes sure you feel small and a bother to him. He is the voice of Dr Pool and needs sensitivity training. Be well.

We have had pools in various locations through the years and always had them serviced by pool service companies. This is the first time that I can say that the communications between the office staff, our technician (Lance) and us has been excellent. From setting up the service to dealing with chemical issues to talking to Lance about our weekly services, we have been fully satisfied. We highly recommend this Service company to all.

It's comforting knowing that Kevin is taking care of my pool. He let's me know right away is something is not right with the pump system etc. He is knowledgeable, personable and professional and I feel grateful that he is assigned to m;y account. He is a very good representative of Pool Doctor!

Reliability is the key. We know every week at the same time that Kevin will be servicing our pool and making any adjustments needed. The result is that we have crystal clear water that makes the pool inviting. We can also rely on Kevin to make us aware of any equipment problems if we're away, which gives us peace of mind. We've been Pool Doctor customers for over 5 years.

Our pool was not in bad shape but I have had to seek help. Father time has taken over. We called Pool Doctor to come service our pool. AJ was the service tech they sent. Awesome young man, very knowledgeable and explained everything he was about to do and why. He serviced the pool as we had requested. The next day I was totally satisfied. Thanks AJ

Our experience with Pool Doctor has been great. We've been using their service for about 2 months now and they have consistently showed up at our home on their scheduled day. Our pool always comes out very clean and the gentleman that do the job are very friendly. Being able to pay our invoices online is also very convenient. I would recommend their service!

Awful experience! DO NOT recommend. Have had the company for over two years. I don't know what happened. Norm the manager isn't helpful and is rude and just wants your money. They broke our pool pump and timer and could care less. How are you a pool company and break people's pool pump and timers?! I'm honestly disappointed in the lack of care that this company has. They broke it but won't fix it!? How?! Why?! Just want to save people from having to go through the headaches we went through with them. Please do your research!

Have used them several times over the years. They will be there when they say they will be and each time have fixed my pool issues. Reliable. Not the cheapest but gets the job done. Have been very customer friendly.

Nothing but issues with this company. They came to clean my pool and notified me that the pool light was missing screws and needed to be reattached. They removed the light from the pool and it was set on the side of the pool. I called to talk to them about getting the light reattached and they said yes that should not be a problem. When the pool tech came to reattach the light he decided it could not be done and I needed a new pool light.

I was fine with this. Called to talk about the different light options and picked one. Installation day came and light was supposed to be installed while I was at work. I came home and the pool light that had been sitting next to my pool for a month now was still in the same spot and had not been replaced. Call the office to find out what happened.

The person I spoke to tells me they changed my spa light on accident. The technician would not be able to come out for a few more days to actually change the correct light. Finally had the light situation sorted out and new pool light installed. I pay around $700 for this service btw. Not long after this fiasco, the pool company send me their report stating that they cleaned my pool on Friday.

I go outside to swim in the pool over the holiday weekend on Saturday to find Alvar in my pool. I call to find out how this can be possible since they stated they just came and cleaned and treasured my pool yesterday. Nobody has answers and nobody will be available to come shock the pool for 3 days. I left pinch a penny for this same kind of BS and will be leaving this company as well.

Used Pool Doctor for almost 20 years. Great company who cares! Hard to find these days.

I have a large pool in Cape Coral at a house we just bought that had been sitting empty for years. I wanted them to drain and clean the pool and refill. They can't get the order straight and simply drain the algae infested pool and then simply refill it WITH the algae intact. When I tell the tech what actually needed to happen he calls and says he needs to come back.

He starts to drain the pool again but still does not have orders to actually rid my pool of algae and debris BEFORE refilling it and just disappears leaving the spa empty and pool 3/4 full still with algae and debris. They then don't show up for days and I'm informed that actually I was scheduled now for Friday. Today, Friday, I get a call that they have other emergencies to take care of and could I have to wait another 4 days for service.

Like my pool was just fine. FIRED! Unbelievable. My pool is left in shambles but some other customer has an emergency that I've been waiting over a week to get serviced.

They are great, they will answer all your questions and very professional and flexible

Service technician that services the pool weekly "heard" an unusual sound when the pool heater started. He diagnosed the problem and recommended a vendor because the heater was still under warranty. This saved us hundreds of dollars and demonstrates the professionalism and expertise of the pool doctor team!

On July 21, 2020 we had a 2 HP SQ Motor pump replaced including seal and gasket for our pool. Between additional miscellaneous supplies and labor, we had a bill of $549.99 and with tax $585.74. On November 30, 2020, our pool maintenance person noticed a leak. I called Pool Doctor and explained that we had a leak from the motor they replaced in July.

They immediately said they wanted to charge me for a service call. Being that we had our motor recently replaced with them, I thought we would be under warranty and that there would not be a service charge. I was told the only thing that would be covered was the motor and there was a service charge for coming to look at the motor they replaced. Pool Doctor does not stand behind their workmanship or product.

I was upset and told them that they should not charge us for this service call. The service person told me to have a Merry Christmas! I would not recommend using them. I had to have another pool service company come in to fix their faulty repair job that they would not honor.

This was the worst pool service we ever received. We paid to have the pool vacuumed weekly but it was never done. Our pool was dirty for all the months we paid for service. Our brand new filter was so nasty when we finally checked it that we had to replace it bc it had obviously never been cleaned. We switched to another pool service who was able to have our pool spotless in a day. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would give them zero stars if I could.

These folks are better than most (which isn't saying much) and they provide some good support through problems. But their customer service is inefficient and time wasting. In May 2019 they suffered a breakdown in service due to a rogue employee and when we arrived at our property the pool was green, sludge and dirty. They fixed it but we could not use the pool for most of our stay.

They agreed to a credit for most of May but failed to issue a credit note and now (in August) are suddenly trying to collect a full month's service. These are not bad people, just poorly managed, but if you want to avoid hassle you might look elsewhere.

Pool Doctor has been servicing our pool since we moved to FLA. Our technician Chris is fantastic, always on time and always keeps our pool in perfect condition for us to enjoy. He is the sole reason we stay with Pool Doctor and since he took over the care of our pool has kept us very happy with the Pool Doctor.

My wife and I recently had a service by the Pool Doctor. My technician Jamie was very knowledgable and helpful. He was on time and helped solve our problem very quickly. Reason for a 4 star is due to the $95 service call. I felt that was pricey, although it did include 1 hour of labor. Overall I was impressed with the company and will use them again in the future if needed.

I always use pool doctor for my chemicals to take care of my pool. Recently my husband and I both have been temporarily medically disabled. I had to schedule a one time cleaning with pool doctors because we could not take care of the pool ourself. They got us scheduled ASAP and send out an awesome technician, Shyloe Walker. He was very efficient and polite. He took the time to carefully explain all that he did. Very professional. I will continue to use Pool Doctor for all my pool care needs.

Tommy S. was our pool tech. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely capable at his job. We were new to the area and in need of support with our pool. He came, was able to immediately ascertain what needed to be done and helped us out. Thank you Tommy S! We will definitely be using you again.

Called to get a quote. On their website it contains North Naples but then they said they don't service North Naples. I said it has North Naples on website "I was told no. It only says southwest Florida".I went back to website and it still says North Naples and even East Naples.

They did call back. They promptly sent someone out to our home. Price for the heater and installation was fair and in line with other quotes. Installed it quickly. There was no mess. The unit works great. I highly recommend

I'm using it for the chemical supply. So Far they do a Great Job Testing the Water and Recommend what I need for my pool clear water. I love the desk candies. :-

I've been with Pool Doctor for more than 20 years. They make my life easy and Chris is always focused on servicing the clients needs. Having a second home, it is very important to have a vendor like Pool Doctor that is my advocate and partner in maintaining my pool regardless if I'm at my FL home or not. They get my 5 star rating and I don't provide that lightly.

Ive been using pool doctor for a year now.(I've never been happy but the husband has more patience than I) We recently had a new $1300 pump installed by them and they for one had no clue what they were doing. While installing this new energy efficent pump. They messed around for awhile back there and told me to call pent-air to take care of making it work. Thats just the beginning. after that, they sent out the kid who cleans our pool and he started messing with our pump controls and then he left.we went to dinner that night and came home to our spa being dumped into the pool water and the pool was over flowing into my yard (where the dogs were playing in it.but thats another story) Then they called me and said the kid who cleans our pool told them the flow actuator was going out and they could send someone to fix it for a 90$ fee (simply to look at it) remember.the guy who installed my pump had no idea what he was doing and now he wants me to pay him an hourly fee to fix it! Honestly, at first, they were okay.

They sent out a real pool guy that knew about pools and how they work. they cleaned our filters and scrubbed the pool like they are paid to do. After about 3-4 months they started sending a kid to do it. I was okay with that until i realized he wasn't ever cleaning our skimmer or the filter.which we pay extra for them to do. I called pool Dr. about finding our skimmer filthy and ask them why it hadn't been cleaned and the said they were going to send a manager with him the next service date to make sure he knows what he's doing.i work from home and i was here the day they came out and they've NEVER sent a manager to oversee they work. Liars!

My husband now cleans the skimmer daily. Now i know its getting done. we have dogs and they need to be cleaned often so we catch the hair before it gets into our pump. (i honestly believe the reason we had to replace the year old pump we had is due to not cleaning the skimmer/filters and improper pool service from pool dr.

Pool doctors is a great place. I have been going there for about 5 months on a weekly basis, to get my pool water tested, and to buy whatever supplies I need. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain anything that I need to do with my pool. Would definitely recommend these guys.
