Recently, one of my associations had to get the community pool resurfaced. Platinum Poolcare was perfect in their response time, effective in their work and professional when on site. I think they are all right. We've used them for a number of years and are not looking for someone to replace them. They do mess up but when they do, they stand behind their work. One year they didn't winterize right and our heater froze and burst. They put in a new one so we got a new one rather than depreciated value of the old one. Granted if they hadn't done this, they would have lost our business. Prices are reasonable so I trust their numbers.
Also some companies really try to sell you their services. Poolcare is not one of them. One year he just told me that the other company's product was more expensive than the one they plan to put.
