For over three decades Pegasus Products has been manufacturing the highest quality swimming pool liners available. We are a family run business that prides itself on quality manufacturing, products, and exceptional customer service. We carry an extensive line of patterns for both in ground and above ground pools.
After the chemicals have dissipated, cover your pool when it's not in use. This will decrease its exposure to damaging ultraviolet rays. Less chemicals are required if your pool is covered and/or not used. To avoid high concentrations of airborne chemicals building up between the water and the cover, open or vent the cover every 24 hours.

Not too pleased right now. we have been waiting for a pool liner that was supposed to be in stock for weeks now. We call and are greeted with rudeness telling us they won't talk to us, only the pool builder. Ummm, last I checked I am the customer who paid for it. I'd like to know when it is being shipped out since it has been delayed for long enough.

I run a small pool business and have used Pegasus for many years. They have been fast responding and they have always held up to their end in the very few warranty issues we have ever had with their liners as we require. They do not sell directly to the end user and issues reported like Abe 2727 are most likely due to incompetency of pool place where they purchased the liner and not Pegasus. We continue to get good quality liners from Pegasus and I highly recommend their liners.

I ordered a liner in June through my pool guy, had to wait till September to finally have it done, then I was told that it's lost! after finally getting the liner and had it installed, filled up with water all of the 14,000 gallons leaked out in less then 10 days due to a defect in the liner! The seem came apart! I asked them to replace it under the warranty and I'm getting the run around for over a week now and now I'm told I'll have to wait 4 weeks again! Is that how this is supposed to work?
It's an indoor pool and I had 14,000 gallons leak out, you would think they would make sure to make me happy and replace right away! Instead of instigating me to start a lawsuit for damages?
