Said I would receive hot tub in 3 months and it was done in less than a month. Guys who delivered/setup were super nice and very knowledgeable. The whole experience with PDC Spas was excellent from the beginning and I'm sure the support during ownership will also be excellent. Thank you PDC Spas for all you do for local customers.

Since I ordered my spa and working with my Township in getting the proper permits my experience been great. Every time I called the PDC office for a question or more information I was given to a live person, not a voice mail, who answered my questions and sent me the information I needed. Just had my swim spa delivered a few days ago and hooked up and running. Once mother nature cooperates and stop raining we will get in and start using all the features.

I purchased a PDC spa back in the earl 90's. This was an install in our bedroom. We had it for 27 yrs and it was great. It did need service on occasion so I would pull the pump and blower unit out and take it right to the mfg since it was in my sales territory. Joe Heim would have it fixed up in no time. Fast forward to 2021 and it was time for a new one. Purchased a Seasons similar to the Oahu we had before with 4 seats and a lounge except the new one has 43 jets vs 8 in the old unit.
It was up and running Christmas eve with all the family and there kids able to hop in. It is fantastic and looks like this may be the last one for us since we are in our 60's now. Great quality and a great co.

Hot tub was installed yesterday. The guys were very nice and did a great job with the installation. They explained how to use and care for our luxury biscayne. Was wonderful using it this AM, 20 degrees outside 103 in tub Ahhhh! Overall the experience from purchase to installation was 5 star. I really appreciated the tour of the facility to see how our tub would be made.

We were supposed to go on a family cruise for our anniversary, then Covid hit, so we purchased a PDC spa instead. We think of our Catalina model spa as our at-home cruise ship. We have taken many mini-vacations in our Catalina. Yesterday we were hit with a big Northeaster and had over 20 inches of snow. You can not imagine how delightful it is to be sitting in this beautiful spa while the snow swirls all around you.
This is a very high quality spa and the service for PDC has also been high quality. We had a small piece detach from our headrest and PDC responded quickly and sent us the part.

Theses spas are beautiful and made just south of us in Pennsylvania, we just got it and waiting for it to heat up. Johnson pools and spas did a great job and are always there to ask questions and are very helpful and polite. It's difficult to spend a lot of money but once we got it, it just looks fantastic, we are very happy

We cannot even begin to say how much I love our spa! We purchased the Biscayne in July and received it November 28th( due to covid delay). The color is midnight canyon and gray shell. It is breathtaking! And the relaxation factor is undescribably amazing! Best $ we have ever spent. Pdc customer service is second to none! They actually answer their phone and your questions immediately! I am comfortable saying that if I ever have an issue I'm sure it will be resolved quickly. UPDATE : almost a year later in it everyday (just about) it is simply amazing!

I ordered the Malibu luxury series spa Sept 2020. As with many other industries the wait was long and I received delivery July 2021. During this time communication was great. I contacted PDC directly to answer a question my local dealer couldn't and had a pleasant and direct conversation. Customer service has been top notch. As for the spa itself, the wait was worth it!
The quality is obvious. My wife and I had toured the factory prior to deciding to purchase so I saw first hand the care PDC takes with the manufacture of each spa. I'm happy to note that absolutely no quality has been sacrificed over this last year. I've owned three spas and this one is by far the best! If you're in the market for a spa or swim spa, check out PDC!

YOU NEED A SPA! Dont delay it is the best purchase I have made in my life. PDC spa is the ONLY place to get it from. HIGH quality tub along with HIGH quality employees. We live in GA so we had to have it shipped but they made it seem like we were around the corner. It was so easy! The world is forever changed, make your home your castle, GET A SPA!
