Extremely happy with Bogner Pools. Start to finish a class outfit. These people know what they are doing and it shows. Highly recommended.

So i'm leaving a review here after being more than fair from spending 80k plus last May (approx 1 yr ago( on a pool.) & multiple opportunities for Bogner to make things right (approx 5 reach outs the last 2 months now!) May 2021 pool completed. good work, timely, not the best communication with anyone at times in the office. April 2022 we notice a slate tile approx 12inch in the wall with fountains completely dismantled and cracked.

I send an email with pics 4/22 /22 and call and speak to gal in office. writing a fix ticket to come out. I explain just wanted to be pro active before summer and get this fixed. 3 weeks go by not a word. I call back a 2nd time in may 18th (almost 4 weeks later) speak to shannon send email with pics again and she confirms and sets up a ticket. Here we are in June now coming up on 3 weeks after that last call. not a single call, email, communication- NOTHING! almost 2 months since first effort for a simple slate tile fix. if this is to much to ask prospective buyers you may want to look else where. i'm disgusted with no. not just the 'service'. but virtually NO communication. all of the nice is 100% facts. true. hope this helps prospective buyers.

I would like to thank the whole team at Bogner Pools for the outstanding job they did in building my pool. From the very first day, Chris Feicht was extremely professional and very courteous. He was always on time and responsive to my questions or concerns. I am deeply grateful for Chris Cowles who has engineered the final shape on the ground with its spectacular details very intelligently on the excavation day and all his construction team who had flawless work.

The pool design and features met my utmost expectation. I would like to thank the office team especially Yvette who has assisted me on several occasions in answering any questions that I had and for any arrangements. All the subcontractors that were involved had the highest level of professionalism and accuracy while being very meticulous in the work. Bogner pools has my highest recommendation for building pools and I do believe they are the best company in the inland empire for pool construction.

All these people do is give you the run arounds. I inquired last year and they told me to follow up beginning of the year - in which I have been, nobody gets back to you and they tell you they are booked. They must not need business and don't even bother speaking to you in regards to timeline and if they in fact have availability. Very rude and unprofessional.

Bogner pools and Nelson Yanes were OUTSTANDING in building a designing our pool. I am extremely picky and have had bad contractors work on my home and these guys are superior in customer service and really love their craft. And it is a craft to do the beautiful work they do. I would 100 percent trust Bogner to build any pool.

Shopped around for many months for a pool company, as we had heard horror stories from friends. Bogner came in with a reasonable price from the get-go and did not surprise you with additional costs throughout the project. You can tell Steve and Chris have years and years of experience building pools and knew what they were doing. We live in an area notorious for having hard rock in the ground, complicating the excavation process.

The folks at Bogner walked us through the entire process and were confident in their abilities and knowledge. We are SOOO happy with our pool and very glad we decided to go with Bogner. Their professional and craftmanship is top notch. Would most definitely recommend them for your pool build.

We recently purchased a new home and needed our backyard landscaped. I had hopes of a pool but I wanted a realistic estimate on cost. I personally dealt with Chris who listened to everything I had envisioned for my dream backyard. Within a few days he sent me over a design idea and allowed my husband and I to make any changes. Chris did an amazing job explaining our options, costs, and 2 designs with our idea of a pool.

While after all that we decided a pool isn't in our budget at the moment, when we're ready, Bogner will be our first call! Thanks again Chris for the quality service and patience with us.

Good luck on getting them to return your phone calls. Was promised a.m call back for a bid, never got it. Called 3x and left messages, no call back.

The pool installation took longer than expected there is poor communication with the home owner during construction you are often left on your own to deal with inspectors and their sub contractors the finish stonework was not of professional quality and they are very slow to come back out and complete warranty work I am still trying to get my stone work fixed 4 months after they completed the pool.

If you are looking for a pool and wish to have a good experience look no further. Bogner is Professional, polite and most importantly experienced. I did a lot of research and in the end I decided to go with Bogner for total value, exceptional quality coupled with a competent and friendly staff. Bogner is one of the oldest pool contractors in the state of California for a reason. 10 star service.

So sad! We wanted to see if we could even afford a pool, so we had a rep come out. He told me how busy they were, and how much everyone wanted a pool. I did tell him we wanted a quote because and would make a decision to move forward based on the quote. He again told us how much work was coming through and that the were so busy. He told me he'd have a quote in a few weeks.

This conversation happened in June-ish 2020.we are still waiting. I guess he thought we weren't serious! Not being in a rush or being fiscally responsible did not impress him. I guess they were really busy.

Called this company they came to measure did all the estimate and never got back. Don't waste your time there's other companies.

I just got my pool finished with Bogner and it looks great. Do not take the lack of reviews as a negative. Bogner was always the promptness in getting back my bid and plan adjustments. They would've had the pool done in under two months from dig if not for county hiccups with fencing. They do sub out most the work but that's how business are ran today.

My neighbor started their pool two months before me and theirs is not done while I'm swimming already. Bogner may be a little more pricier but you are paying for quality work. Great local company to work with. My next pool will be built by Bogner as well!

The whole process from start to finish was great. They always showed up when they said they would and kept us informed of the next step at all stages. Anytime there was a issue or concern from us they were quick to address the concern. (even though it was usually my lack of knowledge that led to the concern) Would Highly recommend them.

Appt only due to Covid, closed during the Holidays, never had a chance to get in. Lady was very friendly on the phone! Lots of unpleasant people walking around.

I interviewed 5 companies, but Bogner was the company I wanted to go with from the outset. They did my sister's pool and she loves it. They have a great reputation in the inland empire. However. First, Chris starts out telling me (paraphrasing) "we're more expensive than others because we're better than the rest, better components, etc." Turns out they're proposing to use the very same equipment as in my other 4 quotes.

No points off for puffery, tho'; they all do it. So I found that there is a newer heater, more efficient than the one in my quote. You can find it online retailing for about $3K more than the one in my quote, around $6K. Since Chris said they use the best equipment I thought he'd be willing to substitute that unit for a reasonable price. Chris told me the cost for the newer one would be $7,400.

I asked how much credit I was getting for the unit being replaced. Chris said they were giving no credit for the unit in the quote. Online that unit has a retail cost of around $3,000. So that means my original quote included a $3K heater, and to upgrade is another $7,400. In total I would be paying approximately $10K for the upgraded heater. He was willing to take $1,000 off of that price.

So $9K to upgrade to a unit that cost only $3K more. Note: I'm only talking about cost of the units because presumably the labor and other materials would be the same for each. I told Chris that I felt like he was sticking it to me. His reply, "sorry you feel that way. wish you the best." So I'm really disappointed in the way they do business. Seems like demand for pools is really strong these days, so they can jack up prices and basically say take-it-or-leave-it.

Unfortunately as it turns out they are outside my service area and will not come to me. However Chris was awesome and spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the things I should be looking for when I get proposals for my pool. Thank you so much! A real shame I live too far.

Thank you Bogner pools for a great experience. Nelson was outstanding with the initial sale, Chris from the beginning and everyone else who worked on the project. Everyone was on time, polite and cleaned up after their day. Communication with the office was great and I never had to follow up on anything-they took care of it all! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Called them almost 2 months ago for a quote on a pool remodel and outdoor structure. Even explained that I was calling them on recommendation because of how every other company I had called was so flakey and unreliable. Giving two stars only because the woman I spoke to was so polite. She told me they were busy and it would take a couple days to get back to me which was fine. Two months later.zero follow up.

CHRIS FEICHT that's the reason for my 5 star review. He was prompt with design. Always available or would make time to discuss the millions of questions I threw at him. In addition very professional and willing to educated me. Their bid was extremely fair but unfortunately I did go with another company because I happened to know someone who knew the owner and they were giving me too sweet of a deal to pass up.

After months of research it was between this company, Mr. Carlos pools and the one I went with. If you want to go with this company request for Chris you will not be disappointed.

The pool is nice and well built. But we are having some problems with the cantilever deck. One of the sections is rising about a half an inch above the pool. I do understand that the ground is to blame. I have called a few times and was told that someone would get back to me. I have been waiting for 8 weeks. I just want it fixed even if it is going to cost some money. The pool is about 1 year old.

Today marks the first day of our Bogner Pool being up and running. Just 7 weeks ago, the dig started. Unheard of to have a pool completed in 7 weeks. The whole process was great from start to finish. My sales rep Chris designed the perfect pool for my family based on everything I told him about my family and our pool goals. The plans were approved by the city quickly thanks to other Chris who handles the plans and dig portion of the construction.

The amazing Lorenzo did a fantastic job on our drain system and is such a joy to work with. Seriously, if you're gonna have people in your backyard every day for weeks, you want them to be likable. Then there's all the professional contractors they work with who made my pool even better than my vision. The concrete team-amazing. The tile team-wow wow wow.

So fast, such beautiful work. And the plaster team-total pros. I can't leave out the amazing team who comes in at the end and gets everything up and running. You love my pup, I love you. Thank you for being so kind to all of us. But every great company, has great leaders and so I can't leave out Steve and his Dad and all the staff that work in the office. We love our pool and will be forever be grateful we hired Bogner.

It's now been four years since I got my Pool and no problems whatsoever love Bogner polls

Had a great experience with sales/designer Chris Feicht! Excellent comminicator, and each time he came to my house he was early and prepared. Appreciated the honesty during the bid and design process and would highly recommended him to anyone considering a pool!

20 years ago I gushed over my Bogner pool. It was gorgeous and their work ethic was remarkable! I made the mistake of letting them do my second pool;-( This go round wasn't so great or gorgeous. Chad missed a huge detail on plans. (no big deal) well I guess it was a huge deal. Now the entire back wall is cracked. Joe promised he would come back and never did. We had no reason not to trust him. Almost four years now and still no call or knock on the door. This wasn't Bogners standards 20 years ago. Be cautious.

When I decided in 2000 to have a pool built I asked some pool supply warehouses and city inspectors which company does the best work and why. I visited houses having Bogner as their contractor and asked if I could see the progress, they happily invited me to their back yard. Bogner goes the extra step at each phase of the project. Pool turned out nicer than expected.

My complaint is about the aftermath of digging a hole for the pool. We are next store neighbors to the home Bogner Pools is working at. I wanted to share this, the dirt wash nicely cleaned off of their clients driveway and their gutter, which ran in front of my parents home. Oops. The company didn't consider the mud in front of the neighbors.
