Have had many nightmare experiences over the years with general contractors, but Mike at OutBack Pools is the exception. He did everything he said he would do and beyond. Loving our pool/deck enclosure. Haven't used our backyard once for anything in the 20 years we've lived here. Mike made our backyard/outdoor living space a true oasis we can enjoy for many years to come. Thank you Mike. I will be referring anyone I can to Mike. TOP NOTCH OPERATION.

After many estimates my we decided on Mike and Outback Pools and couldn't be happier with the results. Mike kept us in the loop for every step of the process and always kept to the schedule he set up for us. We went from an unusable backyard to a beautiful oasis that we love every single day. This business seems to be closed. I have been leaving them messages because I needed some work done, and in 5 days they are not returning the calls. No business works like that so I guess they are closed. If they are not - I don't want to be in a situation where I paid them and cannot reach them for 5 days.

Mike did a fantastic repair job for me today. He is a pleasure to business with and is fantastic at corresponding with you and answers his emails and texts very quickly each and every time. He takes pride in his work and cares about what he does and his prices are great. He would be my first choice when hiring a pool repair person. I am so pleased with the finished results.
