Whether you're shopping for a new pool or need assistance maintaining an existing pool, we're here to help! We require NO LESS than 12 oz. of water for analysis. Please bring your sample in a clean bottle (no soda bottles or food containers). Make sure your pump has run a minimum of 12 hours prior to analysis to mix old and newly-added water (or rainwater).

Do not bring a sample within 6 hours of adding ANY chemical to the pool. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may produce an incomplete or inaccurate analysis of your pool or spa water!

Rudest person I have ever spoken with! I called this morning and asked if they had bioguard algecide because it was recommended to me. The woman who answered said she didn't carry that brand then proceeded to list off the products she did have and how concentrated they were. I explained that I wasn't sure the difference between the concentrations and she immediately snapped at me and asked me what I typically used.

I told her that I'm a new pool owner and haven't used any yet. Instead of explaining and recommending a product she did have that could possibly fit my needs, she again started spouting off different numbers. It was clear she was inconvenienced by even having to speak to me. Keep in mind, the store opened at 9:00 and I called around 9:20 so I'm not sure how I could have been such a burden.

I again told her I didn't know what any of that meant. By her apparent issue with even having to speak to a potential customer on the phone, I let her know not to worry about it. I called back to speak to someone else, another associate or someone a little higher up that may actually want to help me, but I was absolutely shocked to learn she was the manager! THE MANAGER treats people like that!

She began yelling at me that I asked for something specific. I was appalled by her behavior and I believe she knew it. She then hung up on me. I would never step foot in that place and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do it either, unless you wanted to be treated extremely poorly. I am not a bad review writer. I think this is the second one I have ever written but since the actual manager of a location treats people like that, the public should know. Edit- after writing this review, I began to look at other reviews and it seems I'm not the only customer that has been treated in this manner.

To be fair, there are many positive reviews (luck of the draw I guess), but it doesn't speak very highly of a business to not only NOT respond to at least some of the good reviews, but actually be insulting and condescendingly argumentative to the negative reviews. At the very least it may be beneficial to thank the customers that did have a good experience for their positive reviews because if how I (and others) was treated is the company's customer experience standard, the future of the business may not be so bright. Considering that pool ownership is an ongoing responsibility which means continued business, it may serve better in the future to actually address the customer's concerns and see how you can turn a negative into a positive.

Love everything about One Stop Pool Shop from CUSTOMER SERVICE to having to get a NEW LINER! The Lady's in the Shop always tell me what I need and they always know how to make your pool balance just right! They are always very nice! Had to get a NEW LINER this year, early April and BOB was good at installing the Liner and doesn't just install the liner to just get done in a hurry, He (BOB) fixes and repairs all he can to get the job done right!

He does it by himself and gets it done a lot better then any other! My pool is around 25-30 years old and BOB had to repair a lot of the ground underneath, the drain and drainpipe and plus he put some cushion foam (whatever it is called), around the deep end for lasting support. So if you want something done right and not just done to get ya money, One Stop Pool Shop is the BEST! They help you with your pool as if it were their own! Very Satisfied!

Made every effort to be clear of our needs for liner replacement and was provided a detailed quote. Everything on front end with ladies who run store went ok. Once "installer" showed up, things went south very quickly. Un-announced initial visit on a Sunday, followed by another visit where he cut our liner out of the shallow end after I drained the pool.

Then I'm told it would be another $500-$1000 on top of the +$4500 for vermiculite repair after liner was cut up. After standing in my kitchen at 7am to find the installer in our backyard waving me to come outside and we spoke briefly, I realized calling the store to get my deposit back would be best. I've spoken with two other installers who informed me vermiculite replacement is always assumed and part of price.

While we found someone else willing to replace our liner (4500 even), I would encourage any DIY-er to consider replacing their own liner. I did mine, was not hard at all, looks fantastic and only cost us $1400 total. Don't be fooled into thinking this is more than what it is. YouTube is your friend. God bless.

Love the owners. I bought an above ground pool 17 and 1/2 years ago. I always take my water in to be checked, always buy my chemicals from them. They are top quality boy like you would get at Walmart or other places
