This was my favorite place as a child. My parents threw me a birthday party here and it is one of my most fond memories. I had been to tons of friends birthdays here that were always wicked fun. This place is the OG "trampoline park" without all the injuries. My wife is from AZ so she hasn't gotten to experience one stop fun. Hoping she and our kids like it as much as I did when I was a wee lad. thank you for the good memories

It was my grandsons 6th birthday party, there were 15-20 kids of all ages and they had a fantastic time it exhausted all of them, and the help was nice and friendly as well.

It's understandable you may not be equipped to interpret separation/divorce/parenting agreements. However in that case I suggest it's wise that you not enroll children without BOTH parents consents if informed of shared custody. Pretty standard in the schools and elsewhere. Not too difficult. At least don't lie over the phone and say you will then go against it. FYI things are going very well and I have full custody of my 3 amazing children who did love One Stop Fun despite my own personal experiences of incompetence there in 2019/20. I hope things have turned around for the better there.

I highly recommend the Ninja classes! They are fun, engaging and a full 60 minutes of physical activity. Children work at individual stations so they get the most benefit from the class. No waiting in line for your turn! Awesome coaches and great facility!

Great equipment and very spacious. Ton of fun things to do. Favorable location. Bad customer service. The attendants seem like they did not want to be there and just had flat out crummy attitudes. My party planner/host was unpleasant and barely communicated with us if at all. She was rushing us to leave before our slotted time was even fully finished.

It was actually borderline disrespectful and very disappointing. Especially because all the kids were so excited and waiting for this party for weeks. They weren't flexible at all in accommodating me and our guests. Turned what could have been an absolute unforgettable birthday party to a very below average time. Spent $700+ and my group and I will never make a return trip.

To cap it off, lastly, we asked for extra time at the end of our time. One staff worker actually told me while the party planner was asking the manager for us that there wasn't anymore parties scheduled for the day, so that we should be able to do that. I even offered to pay full admission for each child so they can reenter. They just told me no.

No explanation or reason.because there wasn't. She just wanted to be an a*****e. It worked. Plenty of potential for the place, I'll try again in a year and hopefully they have new staff!

We just had a birthday party here and it was excellent! We were planning to have the party at a different location, but it was canceled last minute. One Stop Fun was willing to accommodate our party very last minute, and they were exceptional and made the party stress-free for us. They handled everything and all the kids loved playing in the different spaces. We definitely plan to use One Stop Fun for parties in the future and we will be looking into some of their other programming. We cannot sing their praises enough!

Went for a birthday party. My 6 year old had a blast. Maybe have sanitizer available more but overall happy with the service.

The indoor playground is not currently open 7/18/21. This was not mentioned on their website. Only private parties in the gym only are allowed. Very disappointed since we drove a decent amount to get there with my 2 littles. I asked to see the facility bc we wanted to possibly have my daughter's birthday party there. They said only the gym was available. This is also NOT on the website.

My son participated in Ninja class for over a year and has loved it. This place is great and affordable for parents on a budget. My kid leaves with a smile on his face each time and at the end of the day that's the only thing that matters. We sure will miss you all, thank you for all the great times!

This place really makes me wanna cha-cha! I came here with my son because I'm really into mazes and want him to catch the maze bug, too. The place is dated, filthy, and absolutely reeks of unwashed feet, but as the name will tell you, it was so much fun that we just loved it! For me, the best part was that the staff was so disengaged that they didn't notice me follow my son into the maze to play.

I just let him go about his business while I had pretty much the time of my life crawling around the tubes and laughing in the ball pit. I made friends with another dad that I found in there, and I think we're even having a play-date soon! The two of us went over to the food area to have some delicious microwave pizza, and had so much fun talking mazes that we forgot about our kids completely.

We went out to the parking lot for about twenty minutes to have a little fun of our own, then came back in. It took me a while to find my son--turns out he'd been crying and screaming my name, stuck in one of the nets--but I got him out of there and we had a nice, quiet drive home. LOVE this place, recommend for kids and parents alike.

This is a great place to take the kids. My daughter's love going here. It's affordable and even big enough for parents to enjoy with the kids. The only thing they could really do better with is cleanliness. The playground is not kept up with and it has signs that the ball pit is sanitized professionally but you could tell that it is not done often enough if it is even done.

The people are great and the place offers plenty of affordable activities for the children. Update: Happy they cleaned inside the play area where the children climb, though some parts are missing and it's a safety concern. Also, when they have more than 5 children running around I feel like someone needs to be down in the area to monitor and make sure the large children are not in the play area for babies and toddlers.

It's upsetting that my baby kept having to get out of the play area when big kids came through there and were rough housing unsupervised. Clearly they were not under 3-4 years old!

Not impressed at all. I had my son's 3rd birthday party here and I would not suggest the second room! Not only do they not allow the kids to run around and have fun, they have drill sergeant teenage employees that stay on top of them at ALL times! They are kids, they should be allowed to play with balloons that I paid for! And music could have helped during the quiet pizza party that again the worker enforced. Definitely would not recommend. Sticking with BB Kidz next year!

The worst place to go. Too much dirty and not clean at all, the smell is too bad. I took my son and 2 kids it was a nightmare. I don't know how people can enjoy it, I don't recommend it at all it's a waste of money and time. And they is a higher risk to get infected with germs

Let me start out with the positives: The staff here, particularly those who help plan and carry out bday parties are lovely. So nice, organized, and genuinely seem to be having fun at their jobs. Kind, eager to work with you. Just all around lovely people. We've done 2 bday parties here back to back years, and the kids always have a blast. BUT: I think it's well past time they update, refresh, replace, and give the place a good scrub and fresh paint.

So many positives about this place but it just looks and smells run down. The big climber has def seen better days, with its ripped padding, and odors. The gymnastics room is in really bad shape. The mats are ancient and ripped, and dirty from age and wear. Walls are dirty, all around and the floors in the party rooms are really dirty, but it's the kind of dirty where the lino really needs a good stripping or replacement and updating.

The walls need a fresh, clean coat of paint, tables have chips in them, bathrooms are grotty and dated. The upstairs party room, which is a dance studio is fine and the pool area is awesome, but everything below needs some love.

We were there with two small children (2&3 y) and they had a lot of fun! But we were lucky that it wasn't crowded because we where there the last two hours on a hot Saturday. Next door there is a gym (looks very professional) and toilets. I saw the possibilities to visit the pool area outside (looked very cool, but we weren't there). Inside you could also sit at tables and order food.

Have 3 kids. They live it! Great for a range of ages. Tunnels, rock wall, ball pits. Has WiFi for adults. Also had 2 bday parties there which included gymnastics facility. In summer pool and spray park open. Lots to so and definitely fun for hours.

To call a challenge to throw a birthday party with 25 energetic kids during winter months in this area is an understatement. Now, when your kid has his own vision is a birthday party and wants a ninja warrior course that's age appropriate, it's almost impossible. Thank heavens for One Stop Fun in our area. This place is a party saver! It was super easy to book a party, they give you the printed wavers to include in the invitation, assign monitors who do all the work, so all I had to do was show up!

You can't bring your own food, though, except for the cake, but they have a menu you can order from and even peanut free snacks. There are several options of party packages and we were glad they offered the obstacle course. After 2.5 hrs of entertainment, kids were worn out but super happy and the party was a success!

We went to this place because my son's friend's birthday party, it was our first time and I don't think I will go back. So many things I don't like it, when I was turning to the parking lot, it was no parking spaces and I have to wait for other cars left then I can park my car, because I noticed they have open play on the day, actually its fine, but they should consider how many parking they have.

After we entered to the building, there are no staff at the front desk, and I saw a girl sat inside the room, and she looks doesn't want to do anything for me, until i asked her we come to attend a kid birthday party then she told me the host is not here, and she didn't do anything, such as give me the form to sign, get the gift.(usually staffs will do this if i go some other places).

Floor was so wet and no people to clean it. It's very dangerous for kids that they don't notice. After we went inside, the place is dark and feels dirty, everyone wears shoes in with wet and dirt, and kids just playing at the same area. Also, even I can't hear or see when the staff looking for the kids to the other room. When we step in the second room, actually parents were stay far away with kids, and we can't see what they do in the conner, I don't think this is good for little kids.

After celebrating in the party room, they arranged kids to go back and play for a while, clothes and shoes are all in the party room, so we have to in and out within ten minutes between many people at he hall way, and my son's hat and gloves should be in the box with his jacket, but we can't find them until I saw there were threw away behind the fence.

The end, I can say this place has no service, no organized, place not clean, actually I am looking for new place for my son's birthday later, but this place definitely not my choice.

One Stop Fun is GREAT! This place is the perfect place to let kids get exercise while having so so so much fun! Parents are able to enjoy the free wifi and there is a snack bar for when the kids get hungry. The staff is always great and very friendly! I highly recommend:

One Stop Fun is exactly that! Having a year membership is worth it! My 2 children love playing inside on the play area structures. It is so much active fun for the kids any day of the week. Then, in the summer the pool is great. The kids love the mushroom waterfall and the different slides they can go down. I cannot recommend One Stop Fun enough! It is great for kids of all ages :

This place is great! I came here as a kid and remember vividly how magical the indoor playground felt. and now as a 21 year old nanny always looking for new fun things to do, I bring the two boys I watch (5 and 8) here every week and they constantly ask "when are we going back to that tube place?!" The tubes and outdoor swimming pool are enough to keep us occupied for hours. Sitting here now, going on 3 hours of non stop play!

They have pizza and hot dogs and slushies ect. but I usually opt for a pre packed lunch. Restrooms are right off of the indoor playground and sometimes they have the gymnastics area open which boasts and huge foam pit and a large rope to swing off. Call ahead to see if gymnastics area is open for play.

Fun place, clean and great concept for little kids! Affordable to go for the day at $10 per kids but not so much for a party! Had my sons 5th birthday party there is weekend. They had fun but the whole party seems rushed for the amount of money you pay to have it there. For $450 u get 30 mins in one room then 30 mins on 2 bounce houses then 15 mins in the foam pits and 40 mins in the party rooms.

I think 3 hours would have been a more appropriate amount of time. They don't clear out one party before the next one gets herded into the next room. Congested and not special! The pizza was good and the hostess was fun with the kids. Just wish it was so rushed as it made your kids birthday feel more like an assembly line than a party!

We're regulars at One Stop Fun, and we have a membership, which is a great deal if you come here a lot like we do. My 6-year-old LOVES this place. It is super fun and a great place for kids to work off some excess energy on a rainy day or when it's too cold or hot to play outside for a long time. Food is pretty average. WiFi keeps the adults happy too, and all the staff are nice.

One Stop Fun is great for rainy days when you need to get the kids out of the house. I started taking my son when he was 2.5 and he liked the indoor playground, but now at age 4 he loves it! He can run around and play for two hours. They also have the gymnastics side open occasionally which he loves! We recently had a birthday party there and received great feedback and everyone had a great time! In the summer, the swim lessons are great!

I have been taking my boys (ages 10 and 8) to One Stop Fun for ever since they were toddlers. They loved the indoor play space from the time they were little and still have a great time there now. They love jumping in the ball pits, climbing and crawling through the tunnels, and sliding down the slides. We can spend hours there! We also love the outdoor pool.

They have a lot there for kids of all ages - from the sprinkler playground, mushroom, and small slide in the shallow end, to the deep end with its four larger water slides. We have gone there multiple times every summer for many years now and have had a blast!

Excellent staff, great classes, and my kids love the indoor play area! I highly recommend this place! My son just had a birthday party there, and the party helper took care of everything. I could just enjoy the party. As a Mom of two boys, I give One Stop Fun five stars!

We have been coming to One Stop Fun for a few years now for gymnastic lessons, birthday parties and to use the pool and indoor play area. So far, our experience has been quite fantastic. The gymnastic instructors take every lesson very seriously be it at beginner level or intermediate level. The fact that I can take my younger son to the indoor play area for free while my daughter is in her gymnastic class is a BIG bonus! I wasn't 100% satisfied with the private swim lesson we took at OSF but the pool itself is quite fun and just right for young kids.

My kids really like the pool at One Stop Fun- it is small enough to keep an eye on everyone, yet the slides and mushroom (along with the playground) keep them pretty occupied. I don't have experience with the inside at all, though the programming seems pretty good. I would say the down fall is the cost. Even though "parents are free" it still adds up quickly with 3 kids. I do like that they offer coupons periodically- but you have to keep an eye out for them. I plan to go there again this summer.

For a 5 year old's bday, this place would absolutely rock your socks off. The gym and the indoor playground would be amazing to a little kid. The people hosting the party were also very friendly with the kids and kept everything very organized. It definitely took a lot of the planning and stressing away from my sister and bro in law.

I'd probably give it 2.5 stars, but since the place didn't really put forth much effort I'm rounding down. Cost is $10 per kid for their play space (which is the reason 99% of the people go there). Mostly a big maze with tunnels and some ball pits within. Good for burning off energy when it's cold or rainy out. Try and go when the gymnastics area is also open.

I agree with other posters, the staff all seemed to wish they were somewhere else. The limited gymnastics staff stood around texting while the kids played, and the snack bar staff was just plain DUMB (they couldn't figure out how to microwave a bagel to thaw it). Food selection is very limited, so eat ahead of time (no outside food allowed).

For the price, it's not really worh it. It's just a bunch of tunnel and a couple of ball pits. My kids got bored quickly. It didn't look too clean, either. How can you clean inside those tubes? It was over all kind of dingy and just boring.
