Olympic Pools

Parts were missing from closing last year ( no one's fault) and Donna went above and beyond to get me looked after. 2 little rubber O rings caused complete chaos when trying to open my friends pool. It was getting frustrating and Donna realized that and talked to reps, installer's and staffing but got to the bottom of it and she was able to get the parts I needed. No charge. Thanks Donna.

Dropped in to inquire about a hot tub. They showed me various models. Did up a quote. Quote was done right. Told me exactly what I was getting. Friendly staff, helpful with questions. Emailed my quote. When I am ready to buy, this will be the place.

We have gone to Olympic for all of our pool supplies and maintenance for 15 years. Today we spoke with Donna on the phone asking for some help in the right direction with replacement of one of our pool parts. (A track) She was extremely rude and abrasive non responsive and unprofessional. She offered zero help whatsoever to my husband or I in regards to either identifying the name of the part needed or any technicians we could call OR where we could order this part.

We will no longer be going with Olympic pools due to this gross display of unprofessionalism. We both tried to be polite and she was beyond rude! Absolutely shocked. This woman should not be the direct face at Olympic when walking in the door. If the team I ran at my own job acted that way towards customers they would be fired. Thanks Donna! We will take our business elsewhere.

The Customer Service is Above and Beyond Exceptional! My wife and I do not live in the Sydney area, we live in Halifax so sadly not regular customers. Regardless of this Pat, Allison and the wonderful and helpful staff of Olympic Pools and Spas went out of their way to assist us on two separate occasions earlier this summer when getting our pool up and running looked to be impossible. This will not soon be forgotten and we look forward to sending whatever business we can their way in the future! All the best! Andrew and J

They did a wonderful job installing my pool a couple of years ago. Since then I get them to open and close my pool every year. Great service, friendly staff. I highly recommend them!

Had a new inground pool installed by Olympic Pools this fall. We were so impressed from start to finish with the process. Alison was WONDERFUL to deal with - never pushy, never made us feel pressured and always there to answer any questions that we had, no matter how small! All of the support contractors that were recommended to us were also equally exceptional to deal with. LOVE our Titan Heater - thanks to it, we got to swim in October! Counting down the days until we can open it in the spring!

I have also walked in here looking for some I Oddities of the pool persuasion and they had those, The staff are friendly and courteous, also offered me a coffee when I walked in the door :

We recently purchased a 20 x 40 inground pool from Eastern Olympic Pools. It was completed first week in August. The entire experience was seamless. The owners and staff are friendly, professional and there every step of the way. We have recommended them to numerous friends. The final result was a gprgepis pool and we have enjoyed it everyday since. I would recommend "Corey" from Roma to build your fence and contact him asap to set it up. Another excellent job.
