We bought a spa from them 3 years ago, everything has been great, but we have well water and it's very hard, , we tried using the bags to bring it down but they never work. Even doing 2 at $75. Each. When we discussed this with the salesman he told is about the portable softener and it worked great! But it cost $400!

When we wanted another hot tub after moving the first place we thought of was Ohio Pools & Spas based on our prior experience. They did not disappoint. The salesperson helped us find the ideal hot tub and the service and delivery team did a great job of setting it up and teaching us how to use it. I would recommend Ohio Pools and Spas to anyone looking for a hot tub.

From start to finish, wonderful experience. My sales woman, Sarah Culbertson, spent an hour with me helping me find the perfect hot tub. It was delivered in less than two weeks. The gentlemen who delivered it were extremely cautious and patient. Kyle Somerday tested the water and adjusted the chemicals. He took plenty of time teaching me how to care for my new hot tub. Overall, couldn't ask for anything better!

We had a great experience with Ohio Pools. Started searching hot tubs a few years back and visited once or twice a year tossing the idea around. Jeremy was very helpful anytime we stopped in. This spring we decided to make the purchase and luckily they had the one we decided on in stock. Test soak at the store was great to make sure it was something we really wanted. Trying a hot tub in the store is more private than it sounds and really helped our rescission.

We ended up choosing a different model after trying out a few and figuring out what we liked. They had salt water and chlorine tubs so you can feel the difference. We highly recommend the salt system on our Flash tub. Sales and service thoroughly explained everything and have been available for answering questions as we learn to maintain and dial in the spa water over the first week since delivery.

Some sales and service members personally own and use what they sell too. Happy with the tub and service provided and would highly recommend. I checked with other dealers in the area and they had "lower" prices because they omitted covers, lifters, steps and water chemicals and supplies for startup. The price we paid was ready to use as you saw in the store with no surprises, beating the competition along with the great service.

I ordered a new hot tub cover and with shipping the way it is it took 6 months to get it. They came out and did a nice job installing the new cover and when they were done I asked if I owed them anything. They told me I had paid when I ordered it and I was good to go. Then I got a bill in my email so I really think they need to have better communication. They did a nice job and the guys were professional.

Hot tub came in about earlier than expected. Great install team. One thing if you go with a crane delivery (we had to with second story deck above walkout basement) put something underneath All County Cranes truck as it will leak oil on your driveway (Not Ohio Pools & Spa's issue) Install team was great. Tub looks and running great. Excellent communication through process

Luv the hot tub! Purchased a 4 year old Jetsetter from Sarah who was quick to answer all questions and finalize the purchase. Delivered within two weeks with easy set-up and maintenance requirements explained. Two thumbs up - great service.

Ohio Pools and Spas was not our first stop when we were looking to buy a new hot tub. I am so glad that we continued to shop around. Our 1st experience there with Zack was superb. No pressure, no being rushed through, answered all of our questions. We even took a couple soaks in their display models that day. The follow up installation organized by Cary and his crew was also top notch. Ryan did a great job doing the final hookup for us.

He took the time to explain everything to us twice as my wife had to step aside for a few minutes. Oh and did I mention a cold rain was pouring down when Ryan was helping us. Great job by everyone involved. I would heartily recommend Ohio Pools to anyone interested in getting a new hot tub.

We had a very good experience with the customer service received at Ohio Pools & Spas when we purchased our hot tub. Even with the delay of shipping and receiving with Covid issues, our sales rep (Zack) was very friendly, helpful, answered all of our questions, worked with us on explaining the financial aspects of the purchase, and was very professional throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back for their upgrade/trade-in program too! Highly recommended!

Had our HotSpring spa delivered November 19 and they arrived almost 2 hours earlier than expected. The installers were friendly had got it installed quickly. Ryan came 30 minutes later and walked me through on how to do my chemicals, maintain and use our new Jetsetter. This is why we went with Ohio Pools and Spas. They don't just drop it off and leave.

I Love the SPA that I purchased. Sales assisted me to get the perfect tub with the proper set up and colors I wanted. The delivery was beyond professional. I struggled a little with the electrical so be sure you know how you want it connected and routed to where your tub will be placed and how you want it placed. If any doubts just wait until after your tub is delivered then call a professional electrician to do the electrical. Dylan was the technician that walked me through all of my questions, overview and was in no hurry.

The team made sure I was happy and comfortable before they left. The process was a bit overwhelming to learn about the hot tub, chemicals, testing and maintenance but that quickly passed after taking the advise provided and using all the documents as well. Do not hesitate to ask or call them they make it very clear they are there for you. No drop and run with these folks. I am very, very pleased with the quality of the tub, the quality of the service and above average employees that assisted and came back out for more assistance. GREAT JOB!

I just had my spa maintenance instruction. It was wonderful. very informative. I will be purchasing the maintenance package for my spa. I realized I don't have the time to keep it clean. Great service from technician. Ohio Pools should institute a bonus system for product sales. I would suggest Visa cards. Very cost effective.

The only reason I didn't give it a five was probably something they can't really control. It was a five month wait to get the hot tub. Other than that, the experience was great. From the time I met the sales person until the time that the installers drove away, I felt like a valued customer. The insulation crew itself was better than expected. Jared and Dylan and Larry definitely made me feel comfortable and confident. Larry did a B job private joke-really an excellent job explaining how to operate the hot tub.

It has been less than 24 hours so I have not yet used the hot tub because I wanted to get it up to temperature. But just operating the controls has proven to be simple and straightforward. I am also confident I will be able to do the regular maintenance with very little anxiety. I would recommend using this company and especially the crew that came to install.

I've had excellent service from Ohio Pools & Spas. Purchased a swim spa from them and they made the process very easy from start to finish. Always willing to answer questions or help out. I'm a bit surprised to see some of the negative reviews because that's completely the opposite of my experience with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Spa is running well, tech support has been great. Helpful to have tech visits to check on how it's running. It has been easy to manage for the first two weeks. The delivery company was excellent. Only problem causing the 4 star rating was with scheduling the delivery and communication.

Wonderful experience! I called Ohio Pools & Spas for 'drain and clean' service and was assigned the technician Ryan. What an amazing and meticulous job he did! Not only was he very detail oriented, removing every spec of dirt, he even buffed out every small mark in the tub as well as cleaning and polishing the cover. Along each step, he took the time to give me a refresher course on how to maintain a saltwater spa, which is a different maintenance procedure than a traditional chlorine spa.

I truly appreciate his meticulous detail and efficient mode of performing this service. Along with being very competent and knowledgeable, Ryan is very friendly and more than willing to take the time to explain everything he was doing every step of the way. I'm very pleased with the service and applaud Ohio Pools & Spas. Thank you very much!

So, I don't feel that I was told the correct pricing by Chris when I called about my hot tub repair. I thought I was told it was $135 for diagnostic and $70 for my part and labor. He was clear it could be worse than that if its not the simpler of the two fixes for my problem. One being a new flo switch, the other being a new motherboard. The person that came out was very professional and courteous, said I was fortunate is was the easy option for my fix and was in and out in 15 minutes.

I asked if he needed my credit card and was told it was all done through Ohio Pools and Spa My surprise came when I was charged a lot more than quoted. When updating my info at the time of the service appointment I gave an email, but apparently it didn't get entered correctly so I learned an invoice was mailed to me. The people I talked to on the phone were professional.

When I mentioned that I would dispute the charge with my bank, I was told I was being unreasonable to assume any service call wouldn't include labor. I explained that I thought that was part of the "part" total, I googled the part and knew what I could buy it for, so I assumed their cost is a lot cheaper so the $70 was part of the "Kit" part for parts and labor.

The lady on the phone turned demeaning in making "examples" of getting appliances fixed etc. and paying a "labor" charge. This change in attitude came after saying I would dispute the charge with my bank My solution was to take a refund, but they would "lock" my account so I could never do business with them again. As they have the monopoly on parts for my Solana hot tub, I may be out of luck.

I can say I know of two friends that are using income tax money to finally get spas. I will do all in my power to have them buy the big ticket item somewhere else. Once again the repair tech was professional and courteous. If you do get a quote for service, make sure you get it all in writing.

So disappointed! Paid in full for a replacement cover on 9/30/2020 and was told it would be 6-8 weeks to get in and then another week or so to schedule install. Have had to beg them for updates. A manager actually told me I must have misunderstood the delivery date commitment ( GIVE ME A BREAK). It's now 1/15/2021 and still no cover nor have we heard from them since November. Horrible service. And I guarantee it will be blamed on COVID backups. Would NEVER recommend them.

I tried getting a quote by clicking their online link for quote request which makes me send an email to sales. So I repeat the information from the first quote request and ask how much. Store manager responds a month later saying, oh he was on vacation and how can he help me. I explain I want a quote. Next email, no quote and only some general info I didn't ask for because I could see it on their website.

I repeat please provide a quote. Next email says thx for your inquiry, and just let them know if I have any questions.just one, HOW MUCH? Still no answer. I ended up buying elsewhere. Not a very good experience especially with a manager.

Dealt with Ohio Pools and Spas - bought a hot tub which cost several thousand dollars, Hot Springs. Told by salesperson one of the best. Since have had several problems with spinners on jets falling off. Getting decent service from this company is next to impossible. Husband went to Lyndhurst store to ask for replacements and salesperson just keeps saying WE are the only people who have ever had a problem with this tub.

Not so - I have looked up several reviews on this tub and many people have had issues with leaking or jets. The hot tub is under warranty - so if we are the only one's having trouble - then they sold me a lemon. Getting service from Ohio Pools and Spas is very difficult - they often do not return phone calls and the Lyndhurst sales people are only talkative and friendly when trying to sell a tub! We bought in the neighborhood because we thought support local business and get better service. Not So! Buyer Beware!

Ohio Pools strikes again - paid the in excess of $250 to "winterize" my hot tub. Returned from South Carolina last week, opened up my hot tub, surprise now leaks. Let's see how if they respond to fix the problem. Hell - I could of screwed this up all by myself without paying the "experts".

Ohio pools has come out to the house numerous times this summer and each and every time I realize they do whatever they can to pad the bill 3 or 4 times more than what things should cost. Example light bulb went out so they charge an $80 service call to come out and look then another $80 plus parts to change the bulb, then they forget the seal which turns out to be another service call at $80.

Then a month later bulb goes out again and they want to charge another $144 because it takes another 2 trips. REALLY? Hundreds and hundreds of dollars to change a light bulb? This is just one example, they did the same with the heater and a little plastic piece they needed for the slide. Long story short, thousands of dollars went to them this summer and most if it was due to the fact they make a one trip project into 3 or 4 and bill you for each time.

I told them NEVER again! They just lost our business forever due to excessive trips and excessive billing. If they don't bring the right parts to a job that they know will need those parts, the customer should not be billed for multiple trips because of their negligence.
