We have more than 20 years of experience in the pool and spa industry! A pool opening appointment with Ohana entitles up to two hours of time with two servicemen. They will remove your cover and any winter equipment, as well as inspect, prepare, and start up your pump and filter (as well as any accessories like a heater, automatic chlorinator, etc.) for the summer season, as long as they are able to.

We have been dealing with Matt and the rest of the crew for 20 years, since we got our first hottub. We finally had to get a new hottub and of course, Matt and crew were fantastic. The whole process went as smooth as possible. Matt even called to see how things were going a couple days later. I would never consider going anywhere else and highly recommend.

I used Ohana Pools to transport and set up a pool table for me. Matt was very helpful in making the arrangements even though there was some distance involved. They guys that tore down, transported and set up the table were awesome. Real pros. They were on time, pleasant, professional and most courteous. I highly recommend Ohana based on my experience.

They were extremely nice on the phone when I called but never got back with me. I set up 5 different times to get hot tub fixed with no call back or work getting done. We are all busy but it is no excuse when you say you're showing up and do not. Seems they need better management to schedule and call back!

I went in with my grandmother to make sure they didn't treat her poorly and was glad I did Matt at ohana was very gruff and disrespectful he spoke to me as if I was an idiot, cut me off, insinuated that I was wrong and a liar by saying that his guys said this and that, when I got a little heated by his unwillingness to even accept what we knew and that we spent good money to have this done he got very upset and stepped towards me like he wanted to grab me. I will never buy anything from ohana pools and cannot believe the service from Matt.

We got our hot tub here and Matt is great. He was super friendly and took the time to talk us through what hot tub we would like. When it finally came in, it was delivered quickly and without any problems. Also, you can go in for free water testing. Which is super helpful for first time hot tub owners.
