If you are looking for an 'all hat no cattle' business then you are in the right place. Ocean Quest has built our pool a while ago. It has been a hair pulling experience, work not completed in time (not b/c of weather), poor quality of work in certain areas (we spent thousands to have that fixed), and promises over promises not kept. The last straw was that our UV sanitation was installed incorrectly and important parts were missing.

We tried contacting them numerous times and even the BBB could not get a response from them. We now have a $2000 unusable system. The new owner might tell you that processes have changed but don't be deceived. These are the same people who have worked there before. I don't know how they can get good reviews with this attitude. I would look somewhere else if you want to build a pool unless you know them personally. It seems to be the only way to get good service from them and to stand behind their product.

Ocean Quest constructed our pool years ago and we have had them service the pool routinely since then including recent work to repair the damage caused by the record frigid freeze which occurred here in Texas in February. The staff (especially Jasmine in service) was diligent in obtaining the necessary hard to get parts and scheduling the service to restore the pool equipment to as-new condition. I'm very happy with the tech who performed the repair work as well.

Ocean Quest built our pool. It's beautiful and easy to keep clean. We enjoy it very much. The service staff are friendly, but costly. Most services we perform ourselves to eliminate the high cost of visits.

Ocean Quest Pools always take care of their customers. Having a pool is a very nice toy and it is just that a toy. Things sometimes go wrong and that's understandable. They are always ready to take care of any situation. They do it on time and at a fair price, the techs call before they leave the shop to let you know they are on their way. I love my ocean quest pool and will always recommend them to anyone looking for a pool.

I was in dire need of cobalt blue pool tile to make a mosaic bird bath for my mother's 80th birthday. While this is not a "pool" project, Lew and Mike were fantastic, offering their time to select the perfect textured and iridescent tiles. Going into this pool project, we knew what we wanted the yard & pool to look like. The Ocean Quest folks had the right knowledge & software to get us real, -REAL- close to what we wanted at a reasonable price. Our yard, being a difficult yard to trench and dig was completed with a minimum amount hassle, & wait time, in conjunction with the weather conditions, but was sucessfully finished, and the pool and yard is 99.8% of what we were after.

Happy with the crew& contractors brought in, everyone was very respectable & all did great work. Very high quality work at a resonable price. BUT the Hayward wireless equipment for iOS devices to control pool functions is lacking. The wireless equipment they use for the pool needs to be reworked or new equipment brought in as after a year in, we're still having issues with the controler panel and the iOS devices its supposed to control.

Great experience with Ocean Quest! We recently purchased a lovely older home, but the pool needed a lot of work. Ocean Quest thoroughly looked over every inch of our pool and system, discussed in detail what they saw and listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve. The team developed a quote that detailed the major makeover we were doing, and made every effort to save us time and money.

The Ocean Quest team really got after it, and we are especially grateful to Travis who did a very professional installation of new equipment, got the pool itself looking and working great, and even fended off a rattlesnake that had found its way poolside. Bottom line is that we highly recommend Ocean Quest and would be happy to use their services again.
