Very helpful in what I needed to take care of the green that made it into my pool over the winter and spring.

I called about a dead motor on my above ground pool. They arrived within a half hour. After checking, found it was just a switch needing changed out! Saved me alot of money!
Guys were great.

I was charged for services NOT rendered. Problem was mis-diagnosed. Service manager is inexperienced (not at all knowledgeable as to what she is doing). She is rude and not customer oriented, with no people skills. She acts as if she is doing customers a favor. She has NO EXPERIENCE. Been on this job only a few months. The technicians as well are inexperienced without a clue as to what they are doing. GOODBYE OASIS. Considering your recent behavior GOOD Riddance.

We have an above ground pool, since 2018 we have been taking our water from the pool to be analyze by them. In a few minutes they can tell you what is wrong or what you need for your pool to be super clear and what you need for winter . Super professional and helpful. So recommend them.

I normally don't spend the time to review/rate businesses but this is worth it.the service has been declining at Oasis since we began using them 2 years ago. Most recently we were supposed to have them close our pool. With my husband deployed (who usually manages the mechanical aspect of the pool) I wasn't sure how to drain it far enough down. When the technicians showed up, instead of allowing me time to drain it myself or offering to do it for me AND making me aware of a $50 charge, they just made it seem like it was a courtesy and it would be faster.

They used their high powered pump, left my pool to go to another pool with me responsible to watch the water level, move the hose repeatedly, and turn it off before they got back (all while using my electricity) but we were still billed for and our debit card on file was charged for the $50 'labor fee'. When I called to discuss this with Ray, it was non-negotiable.

He told me 'chalk it up to a life lesson then.' And then got mad when I stated I would look into using Clearwater to service our pool. We exclaimed 'after all the things I've done for you! Testing your water!' Their website even states they do complimentary water testing. We did not abuse this service and paid full price every time for every chemical suggested we use! Then HE HUNG UP ON ME! I can't find a contact for the owner, but I'm still working on it!

We moved into a house this winter that has an inground pool. We don't know anything about pools so we called Oasis to come out and open the pool for us. Cody and Brett came out last week and opened the pool. They are a new crew but seemed knowledgeable and were patient with us with all the questions we had being new pool owners. The guys were super friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. We can't wait to use our new pool!

I've been through several pool companies looking for one that would live up to simple expectations.be honest.show up.fix the issue. I expressed in my very first call that price was not an issue.my primary concern was service. They failed on every front. Requested a call from the owner which never happened. $165 spent.zero value

New maintenance team at Oasis this spring are superstars! Also, the team that works in the shop are brilliant with the chemicals and analyzing water issues. Can't express how grateful I am for this team being new to the pool ownership game. They have helped me every step of the way. Service: Swimming pool summerization

Oasis Pools is a wonderful business ran by great people! The services they provide have been extremely helpful with keeping my pool in tip-top shape over the years. I would be so lost without Ray's chemistry knowledge and Karen's amazing service team. No matter what issues I have, I am always able to count on them to assist me and provide me with the best customer service possible.

When my pump broke down, the service team was out the next day. They were polite and efficient and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend this business to any new/veteran pool owners who are looking for a place to service their pool!

I have been hung up on 3 times and told I was yelling when I wasn’t. I stated clearly that I wouldn’t pay for a service that wasn’t done on my pool. 3 times we asked for someone to come find out what was wrong w the pool and 3 times nothing was resolved. We had to pay another company out to fix our pool. She wouldn’t give me the chance to even talk to her and hung up on me.

I am a manager and I can never talk to my customers this way. You can’t just hang up on people and tell them never to come back. Our loyalty doesn’t lay with this person, our loyalty lays with the owners who have always done our pool needs. I’m sure you have the choice to listen to your manager who has no people skills and no ability to talk to others.

I would like a owner to call me back. She won’t let me talk to anyone and hangs up on me or let’s the phone go to the answering machine. This isn’t good business. I tried to talk to her due to the fact we are out the cost of someone else fixing the pool. We couldn’t run the pool like this for a summer, it didn’t even have enough suction to vacuum. It’s almost July and we had been trying everything to get someone from oasis to fix the problem. I’m very ashamed that my loyalty through the years have ended in this.

A manager who couldn’t handle someone questioning her on how things were done. I’m also very sad that she’s the only person that people have to talk to when they come in. You have to have customer service ability to calmly talk to people and understand the amount of money we as customer put into our pools. That alone deserves respect. Like I said, I would like a owner to call me back please. No matter what she says, nobody yelled at her. She seems to use that as ammo to end any uncomfortable situation.

Went to ask to have the plumbing on my pump done. Didn't want my business because they couldn't make money off the part I already have and they have enough business anyway. Use to spend a lot of money here on chemicals. But if they dont need my business I'll go elsewhere.

A couple years ago I asked Oasis for a quote on changing out my pump from a single speed to a variable speed. The quote they gave me was double what it would cost me to purchase the pump online just have it installed. When I approached them about installing the pump they informed me since I didn't buy it from them they would not install it for me. So, I wrote a poor recommendation.

Fast forward two years and I contacted them for a quote to put a new liner in my pool and they refused to even quote me because I wrote them a bad review. I will not even consider doing business with them again. Beware.

Terrible customer service and they don't do what they say they will. I had my hot tub lines freeze and break a fitting this winter. I called and talked to the service dispatcher who was getting her information from the owner. They told me they could send a service tech out to unthaw the lines, pipe around the broken fitting and run the tub to let us know what all was damaged and how much it would cost.

The service tech showed up, visually looked at the tub and said the same thing was broken that I had called in and told the store. He did not have any parts on his truck to run the tub like they had told me. He spent more time trying to sell us on a new tub than evaluating ours. After providing no service and the service tech telling us conflicting information than what the store and owner had told us, they still charged us for the service call.

The tech didn't even have a pump to pump the water out of the tub. After all was said and done, it was obvious to me that the store simply lied to us about their capabilities so they could schedule a service tech and charge us. And good luck talking with the owner regarding any issues. I battled with them over several phone calls and asked several times to speak with the owner, yet he kept making the service dispatcher talk with me even though I could hear the him talking in the background. Terrible service. Untrustworthy.

Scheduled a service call to have a hole in my liner patched. First response was that it was "very labor intensive". Okay. I had already scheduled a pool opening with them on a Friday. They told me they moved some stuff around for the Thursday before so that they could get my patch done before opening the pool the following day. I took my kids out of town for a mini vacation on Wednesday and rushed home on Thursday to be there for the service call. Called them to comfirm and they don't have me scheduled at all. Excuse was that they are very busy and dropped the ball.

Woman on the phone told me she has a technician there now and started asking questions. (of a technician is standing right next to you why not send him to my house to fix your mistake of not scheduling me.) She started saying maybe we can get someone out there today but was interrupted by the man standing next to her. She then said, "nope we can't today.

I was just told we can't do it today". Okay. I informed them that they would need to cancel my pool opening for the following day due to the patch not being done. Her response "okay, have a nice day" and hangs up. Wait.what just happened! Lost me as a customer for life. They made a mistake and in no way tried to fix it! Terrible customer service!

Oasis pools in Lansing, KS - terrible Customer Service. Worst customer service EVER. If only Zero Stars were possible. I recently scheduled a sand change for my pool filter. THEY (not me) scheduled my appointment for Saturday (5/21) morning - I was told today that they typically don't do these maintenance service calls this time of year (as if they were doing me some huge favor by getting my business).

After calling several times on Saturday, the technician showed up at 2:00. The work was done to my satisfaction - completed about 4:30. The lack of communication was AWFUL. After calling this morning to see what could be done about the bill, Mary Jo told me that she was busy and unable to reduce my $400+ bill. She also told me that nobody needed to be home in order for this work to be done.

If only Karen or Dave or Ray could have told me that information on any one of the multiple calls I made on Saturday, we could have gotten on with our day and I wouldn't have been so angry. This was once a fine company - when Donnie Jackson ran it. Today I was told by Mary Jo - one of the partners in the business - that I should look for another Pool company. Do yourself a BIG favor and do the same thing.

Went to store and talked to them to have an old hot tub removed, they said they would call the day before they came to pick it up. This was in May. Mid June i called back as hadnt heard anything from them. Nancy said they had been busy but i was still on the list. Called again mid July, same story. Hope they dont lie to you!
