Northeast Pools & Spas is a custom pool and spa builder. We work with gunite/shotcrete, and we are experts in using this wet-mix concrete to build long-lasting, functional, beautiful pools and spas. We started our business in 1975 with a commitment to quality and service-and our hundreds of satisfied clients in Vermont as well as the rest of northern New England can attest to our work.
We design and build, custom gunite (shotcrete) pools and spas. Shotcrete is the ideal material for building freeform, long-lasting, high-quality pools-they can be shaped and molded to fit any vision, and they are easily maintained. We put our experience and our disciplined process to work for our clients.
Our pool contracts include the first-year opening and winterization. We can provide referrals to trusted service companies for all of our clients and train them on our specific equipment to take over the weekly maintenance from there. If any of your pool accessories should need repair, we do provide onsite repair service, as well as, the replacement for common parts.
Our process for building a custom pool or spa starts with a bunch of questions. We sit down with you and/or your builder/designer to understand what you are looking for-the lifestyle needs, and the property needs. What kind of land do you have? Where is the view? How big is your family? Will you be entertaining frequently around the pool or spa?
