I hired new Braunfels pool and spa to provide me "pool school" so that I can learn how to use the equipment at the hone I just bought. My teacher was Victor. He was very knowledgeable, extremely personable, and was able to easily answer all my questions and train me as needed. He found a few issues with my equipment and Emily at the NB Pool and Spa office was able to work the schedule to allow Victor to return later in the day and repair the issues he had found. Great service, great pricing, very nice. I highly recommend New Braunfels pool and spa!

Purchased our Hot Spring Spa from them a few years ago. While we had previously owned a Hot Spring, the product line had changed over the years. Amanda was knowledgeable about the products Hot Spring had to offer. The price was fair. The installation crew was awesome. We get all of our chemicals from NB Pool & Spa. Prices may be a bit higher, but they are readily available. And the staff is always so friendly. We'd highly recommend NB Pool & Spa for any of your aquatic recreation needs.

NB Pool wants $115 to come out and give me an estimate on my pool pump leak. It is not applied towards repairs, it is just to let me know how much more they are going to charge me on top of the $115 to do the work. Answer to NB Pool & Spa Response- Service begins with the first phone call. It appears that I am paying you before Any work is even done. Diagnostic fee is only a fancy word for estimate.

To say that you charge only part and Some labor sounds skeptical. A reputable business Always applies the estimate fee towards the repair. NB Pool & Spa is the First company that I have ever seen that charges for an estimate and does not apply it towards the work to be done. These kind of fees are what is making it very difficult for everyone to survive these difficult times. Its called Taking Advantage Of A Bad Situation.

They sold me a hot springs spa that looks beautiful. It had some problems, and they gave me quite a few things to try to make it work. I got a little discouraged at first. However, Keith came out and fixed it. Now I am happy.

I really felt good when they came to look at the house and it sounded very promising. The gentleman was knowledgeable and appeared to care about the job. We didn't hear from them for over a week to just get a price. My wife reached out to the company and we received a 2 sentence reply. IF YOU DON'T WANT THE WORK, PLEASE COMMUNICATE SOONER! I would not recommend based on our short experience and terrible communication!

We bought our spa the end of December 2021. Once installed, the serviceman, Keith came out to check on everything for us. He noticed the motor (3hp)in the unit did not have the power to do what it was supposed to do for hydrotherapy. We were not impressed either. This was a new round unit for the store. Keith assessed the unit and determined that it needed at least a 4hp motor.

After several weeks going back and forth with the manufacturer, Nb pools paid for the motor and installed it for free. We were able to use it for the first time last night. A world of difference was made by the upgrade. We are now able to get awesome hydrotherapy pressure when all jets are active. We are very grateful for NB pool for helping us with this and making our experience a great one. We wanted to shop local and keep our money here. So glad we chose NB pool. The staff have also been very patient and understanding. We highly recommend NB POOL AND SPA!

New Braunfels Pool has been professional and easy to work with. They did a great job renovating an old forgotten pool that housed at least 200 frogs. I would definitely use them again.

Troy offered an array of Hot Tub selection while discerning our preference and need. He was patient, professional and caring. Troy invited us to return in swim suit to tryout any of the six tubs that were up and running. We decided we wanted a FreshWater Salt System. I would highly recommend this company if you are considering a hot tub. We have made a deposit on our new hot tub.

Josh was great. Very nice gentleman and we had a lot of things in common. Arrived on time, very thoughtful. Did a great job and learned a few things about spas. Would recommend Josh and company to anyone needing good service.
