Neptune Pools

We are extremely pleased with Neptune Pools. Our project had a few delays, as expected in todays environment, and we had a few things to navigate. Engineered wall, being on a golf course and dealing with more stringent requirements, and the slope of our yard. While their communication can be lacking at time and was due to needing 1-2 more people at the office, they 100% stand behind their product.

They will come out as much as needed to make sure all the details are fixed. That is what I was told about Neptune and for me that is the most important part of dealing with a contractor. Super thrilled with the service department as well! Specific call outs are Nick, Jabo, and Rob in service!

We received our certificate of occupancy from Gwinnett County today so our new Neptune pool and backyard oasis is done1 While it took a bit longer than originally planned, mainly due to COVID-19, we absolutely love it. Our backyard transformation from just an average, smaller yard into a beautiful pool with an oasis look to it is absolutely breathtaking to us.

Now we cannot wait to spring and summer to get maximum use out of the area but for now, we will settle for just using the enormous hot tub! All the the workers that we encountered on this journey were great to work with and they all did a great job, from Nick through his front office and support people to Mike our superintendent down to all the subcontractors and laborers who transformed our back yard to what it is now. Thank you very much Neptune pools.

Luke, David, Jessica, and all those at Neptune are great. They quoted a build, came out to start and completed a bit earlier than planned. Took great care to make sure everything was done well, worked, and even added some considerate extras along the way to make things function and look fantastic. Thanks Neptune

It's such a deep shame that these people can build such excellent pools yet their customer service turns out to be complete trash to put it lightly. Their office secretaries in particular are extremely rude, nothing but horrible attitudes & no respect whatsoever for their customers even if you're polite & have shown no disrespect to them. Not worth the unnecessary frustration they put you through, no matter how solid of a product they can build & maintain

Finally, after speaking with the owner and a visit from a very helpful technician, I finally got the service I was expecting. the service tech did the right thing, and answered all my questions. Being a first-time pool owner, I was naive about what to ask. But the service tech explained everything I should have been told in the first place. thanks to Nick and Mathew!

I had posted a glowing, positive review for Neptune originally; however, I'm removing it now. Their communication skills are poor to say the least. They do not seem to care for existing customers once the job is done and warranty is expired-even if you just want to know where to go for help. Even within the warranty period, their customer service was lacking.

Our pool is a "dream project" that we'd saved for AND paid for upon completion, so we were hesitant to trust its care to anyone other than Neptune or someone Neptune recommended. There were a few other instances, but the main trouble happened when both of our LED lights went out-one for the second time (First time was under warranty.), and needless to say it was an ORDEAL getting them replaced.

I ultimately contacted the manufacturer of the lights who agreed to replace them, but they said we'd have to get another company to install them. As stated previously, we didn't know who to trust-even after asking Neptune at least twice by text and email: "If you don't do it, then who do you recommend?". We also knew from previous experience it would be a hassle to deal with Neptune, so we originally tried to go elsewhere.

We were told by the service/repair representatives/technicians from two other companies that they could not replace the type of lights we had. Finally Neptune did replace the lights once they received the replacements from the manufacturer; however, they have yet to respond to our "thank you" and inquiry about signing up for regular service or offering recommendations for pool care.

They did send an email invoice requesting payment for installation to which we responded that we'd given the check to the technician upon installation which was weeks prior to the invoice. No response. I checked, and our check to Neptune has been posted. Needless to say, we no longer recommend Neptune Pools to any of our family, friends, or neighbors as we used to sing their praises.

Amazing service. Neptune installed our pool 11 years ago and it's still impressive.

Called them in Nov 2020 to provide a quote for a pool. Was told they are 5 weeks out to provide quotes. Agreed to wait. Well, its been 2 months and no one has called/ come out inspite of the fact that I called them back atleast 2 times to check on the status. Update based on response: I am so sorry for what the designer must have gone through with the illness. I understand these are unprecedented times, but a call from the business, to let me know that there might be additional delays, would have been appreciated.

Im a property manager in west Paces Ferry road and I had Neptune pools taking care of the pool until I had to sadly fire them because they send a employee who was smoking cigarettes on the premises and talking on the phone loudly all the time no to mention the pool cleaning service was not properly performed and the spill way was always working half capacity I tried to contact the company owner several times and he never wanted to take my calls the secretary was rude and didn't feel like she was passing my messages to whoever was supposed to fix the issues related to the pool pumps and performance, and as soon as I posted a negative review they said I was verbally abusive and they was calling police!

I think they should call police on themselves because collecting a check without performing the job properly is a crime long story short after I fired Neptune pools due to their negligence I decided to hire Andy's Pool services they're very professional guys and they take very good care of customers so do yourselves a favor and do not hire Neptune pools they gonna try to get as much money from you but when you call them for help they'll tell you to wait and will do whatever in their hands to no provide you the service

We couldnt be more happy with our pool from Neptune. From the designer "kris" (who was amazing) through the whole process they were fast, thorough, kept us informed the whole way and the end result is amazing. I set up estimates with the other 3 major pool co's in atlanta and Neptune was the only one to follow up with us and treat us like serious customers. I didnt even compare prices since they were so on it! I wouldnt go anywhere else if you are considering getting a pool!

Well got a pool built over a year ago and very happy with Nick we have recommended him to many friends. But as for Rob very upset with his service for us we had a problem Last year so spoke to nick and was told all be fixed so year went all good then they sent the same person we had the problems with so I called rob texted me very rude telling me sorry if I don't like Jessica but she's the only one so I called very insulted as I don't even no Jessica and all I care about is our pool being cleaned then was told well if ur not happy let me know and we can cancel right now not in the nicest way.

Funny thing Jessica was at my house so went outside and spoke to her and all went well was actually a pleasure to speak to her. I also was told Michael doesn't clean pools which is not true as he has always done ours and I spoke to him. Spoke to my husband he is very upset Nando Cesarone and not impressed with Rob but because we spoke to Jessica and I feel confident all be good.

I will never deal with Rob again and he truly needs to learn customer service that's not how u speak to a customer if they have a problem u try to fix it not be rude. Ps My google is under Margo Clark but our names are Nando and sandy Cesarone we live in the manor. Thanks again for the people that have helped us and nick for our beautiful pool

We have had 4 pools installed over the years and as a result, we know how many things can go wrong!. Neptune just finished our 5th pool and they were the best contractors that we have ever had. Lawson Davis designed the perfect pool for our backyard and the other subs did absolutely first class work. We would strongly recommend them if you are thinking of putting in a pool. Also, Jerry of J&J landscaping was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job for us!

Neptune built our family a pool that was completed in February 2017. I could not be more happy with Neptune. Lawson Davis designed our pool and he took the time to explain the whole process and came up with a design that exceeds our expectations. I compared several builders and by far this company goes the extra mile in construction. The quality of each step of the process is top notch. A pool is not something you want to cut corners on and Neptune pools has the formula right.

I have been in the design industry 30+ years and worked with numerous pool companies and contractors. We all have heard the horror stories. Well this is the fairytale. I cannot expound enough what a great and professional company this is! I highly recommend them. I used them to build my own pool and you can just imagine the exacting standards I was going to require to build my personal pool.

From Evan, the salesman, to Nick jr., the owner's son, to Nick himself, to Jessica in the office and Rob in the field every last detail was handled quickly, politely and professionally. This was not your straightforward, ordinary, pool and they breezed through it and worked with me effortlessly. I simply cannot sing their praises enough! HIRE NEPTUNE POOLS!
