Keep a free chlorine residual between 1.0 and 1.5ppm. If free chlorine drifts below 1.0 ppm algae and bacteria can take hold more easily and may cause staining to the liner. Test pool water fro dissolved metals which can stain the liner or combine with calcium hardness to form deposits on the liner.

The business name is Mr. Pool and let me tell you. very satisfied. Installed our liner when he said he would, they came, saw, did, excellent. looks gorgeous. Changed our liner and installed the new one and you would never have known they were here. Clean, neat, very courteous employees and the owner called me back every time I called him or the office. The liner guy never called back and never seemed interested. I will use Mr. Pool for all my in ground pool. Thanks Mr. Pool.

Mr. Pool installed our inground pool about three years ago. Dave, the owner, was on site for the entire build of our pool and is always available to answer any questions that come up. Dave and his company installed my original pool and it was time for a new liner. From the moment his crew arrived they were thorough and had a great attention to detail. They not only installed the liner but checked all the other equipment to make sure everything was running properly. The guy and his secretary are idiots. i call to get his cell phone info because he was supposed to come by. problem is that i own my own business so i needed to know what time this clown was going to show up so i can leave my store. she refuses to give me the info, saying he will be there when he gets there if at all. she also says that he doesnt answer his cell phone either. funny because he then calls 5 minutes later and says that he is refusing a 5k job. guy is a piece of work

I had similar luck with this company. My pool needed to have the heater, liner and a few other components checked but every time an appointment was scheduled the guy never showed. After going through a few other companies to get assessments, I wound up having to try this guy again just for another quote as comparison. Unlike the other commenter, I didn't even get the receptionist.
The line was either busy, of the hook, or they picked up and put the phone right back down. How can you run a business if you won't answer your calls? Or if you hang up on the person without even talking to the individual? You hear so much about how a business is a cover for other 'sales' and I seriously wonder if that's the case here.
