Mr. Pool did an excellent job installing our in ground pool! They did it in a timely, professional manner. I was contacted each time before they came out to work, and was always kept in the loop on where we were at with installation. After just 5 short weeks it is up and running, and they are still answering any questions I may have! I definitely recommend using Mr. Pool for ALL of your pool needs!

Mr. Pool just finished building our dream pool! They worked very efficiently and were all so polite! We really want to brag on Cooper who went above and beyond! He stayed extra late (we very rural) even though he had a TWO hour commute back home. He was extremely knowledgeable with his Pool School. We learned so much. He even left his number and told us multiple times if we have any question just to call him. He was not only very knowledgeable, but extremely polite! We recommend Mr. Pool and Cooper!

As first time pool owners, we were walked through the process beginning with Everett, through too many Mr. Pool shirt wearing representatives to mention all during the construction phase, Amy sending emails to let us know when people were coming, Robert doing Pool School 101, to Mason adjusting and dialing in filters and the waterfall. A truly customer service focused company that just happens to do pools is all I know about the company. Having done numerous landscape projects, can truly appreciate the honesty with material procurement, weather, and fine tuning systems with rookie customers that allow a good service company to shine in the face of possible challenges.

As mentioned, still don't really know about the company Mr. Pool, yet know enough about the people that wear their shirts, and represent Mr. Pool on a daily basis, too highly recommend them to anyone trying to decide on a pool company.

The whole ordeal during our pool construction was stress-free, Mr. Pool took care of everything. It's impressive the way they have different crews that come and complete certain stages of the construction process and the pool school with Robert at the end was a nice learning experience and he also leaves you with step by step instructions and his phone number if you have any problems. Their reputation speaks for itself and I highly recommend them.

We just had a pool finished by mr. Pool. They were respectful, polite, and great with communication throughout the process answering any concerns or questions we had. They came highly recommended throughout the community. We will be recommending and using them in the future.

We are over an hour from these guys down on the Alabama line and are very happy with the final product! Through the initial process Cole come out and got the ball rolling. Super fast process although it's winter and we can't swim just yet. Cooper put us through pool school today and all we can say is these guys know their stuff. Mr Pool came highly recommended by some neighbors close by and we are glad they made the trip down this far for us. **Get the LED lights they are awesome! You guys nailed it! I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our pool installation. They were always on time and came when they said they were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with our final product. They also did a great job of keeping the work area clean and were very respectful of our property. They really care about their customers. If you need a pool installation, this is a top notch company!

Mr. Pool has been cleaning my pool and is doing a fantastic job! Our clean spends a lot of time making sure everything is perfect and has helped educate me on how to properly use the Equipment. He always going above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. I even have a issue with the water being low and the pumps not running even after adding water. I sent him a text and he happened to be close by. He came over with-in 15 mins and fixed the issue! Thanks Mr. Pool!

I have contacted Mr. Pool four times now to come out and give me a quote on replacing my pool liner. Every time they take my info to have someone call me to schedule an appointment. I have not received a call back any of the four times.

Highly recommend. Honest, punctual and they value their customers. We had some bumps in the road but they handled themselves impressively well.

I contacted Mr Pool to have my pool cleaned and chemicals added for the season. (Start up service) I just bought a liner last fall. I was asked to sign away any responsibility for damage to my liner plus pay the entire 1100.00 up front before they will even put us on the schedule for a drain and clean. The technician never even came to look at the pool but said it needs to be drained ( I offered to pay half now, and half when work is completed) but that wasn't good enough. I've had Mr pool build 2 pools in the past and am insulted by the way I was treated. Mr Pool has lost a long time customer.

We LOVE our pool and deck renovation by Mr. Pool! We consulted with two other companies during planning, but Mr. Pool was by far the most knowledgable and professional. From Matt, who handled the initial planning and pricing, then taught us how to use the finished system. To Ryan who surveyed out yard and did the detailed construction planning; through Jose who supervised construction and ensured the deck and patio were exactly what we wanted before the concrete was poured; to the teams of workmen who never seemed to tire.

Everyone was professional and extremely hard-working. They gave us a beautiful new pool and deck. We look forward to spending many years enjoying our pool with friends and family. We cannot say enough good things about the Mr. Pool team!
