Great people to work with. They remodeled and updated our pool.

My swimming pool pump failed and after doing a Google search for "pool repair near me" I decided to give Michael's Pool Service & Repairs a call. I am glad I did. Michael was responsive and knowledgeable. He provided an estimate for pump replacement that was in line with my expectation and he was able to make a service call within a day. The quality of his work was outstanding. I will not hesitate to call him the next time I need help with a repair! I give him my highest recommendation.

I've been using Michael's Pool Service for years for monthly pool cleaning and repairs. He is honest, friendly and explains the repairs in detail beforehand. I always the job will done right the first time.

Fabulous service! I struggled with algae in my pool and hot tub for years and had tried several companies. Since I found Michael's my pool is sparking clean. Over the years my aging system has required various repairs as well as a new pump and heater. Michael was very consider and understood that it was a large investment for me. He gave me several options and patiently explained details to help me make the decision that was right for my family. Very satisfied.

Michaels pools is THE BEST pool service in Simi Valley! And Michael is a great, funny, cool guy! Super friendly! The service he provides is top notch! You will never have a problem with it!

Worst customer SERVICE ever! I used Michael's for a few years without issue and on one payment, his bank erroneously applied my check payment to another account. Michael pretty much treated me like a criminal, not wanting to work with me to investigate what happened at his own bank and falsely accused me of not paying at other instances (which had no bearing).

He indicated that he had "NO TIME" to deal with me when all I wanted to do was to ensure he got paid. He was probably the rudest vendor I have dealt with ever. Pool service was also not up to snuff. I had to scrub some algae off the pool several times after their service. Leaf baskets were also not always emptied. I now use Yaeger Pools and I can see the difference in how they clean my pool.

At one point, he wanted to charge me $75 plus labor to replace a $20 part on my pool vacuum, which I replaced myself in under a couple of minutes. If he worked with me on the check issue, I would have retained his services. However, I'm glad I switched over to Yaeger since now my pool is always sparkling clean. I would not recommend Michael's even to my worst enemies.

This was the worst experience ever. Thank God, after a few months, his bank eventually reimbursed me for their mistake and I paid the last closing bill. I'm surprised his company was named best of Simi Valley. Good riddens!

We've been using Michael's Pool Service and Repairs for almost five years. They've been responsible for pool and equipment maintnence and have done a fantastic job. They've done repairs when necessary, and I've always felt the charges were fair. When we wanted to add a fire pit in the backyard he bid on it.won.and his team did an excellent job. We have no complaints and look forward to many more years of excellent service.

I've been using Michael's monthly pool service for a long time now. Michael is very professional and is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He knows pool systems inside and out. He offers guidance and support and teaches you how to care for your pool to avoid potential problems. More recently when my pump stopped running, he promptly came out and made the repair.

He made a few recommendations and helped me to determine the best way to go. He is familiar with all the different products on the market and can make the best recommendations for your needs. I have full confidence in him to take care of my pool and I know the service will be done correctly.
