They took our deposit check when we went under contract but didn't deposit it until they broke ground weeks later when permits and HOA approval was granted. That was a good sign for me right away.

This was the second pool we have built and the first one was a bad experience and I did not recommend that contractor to anyone. After dealing with Tommy and his crew, I would recommend MDP to anyone.
