Did concrete work and put a liner and lights in the in ground pool. Good work when it was completed. Then, 2 seasons in, the LED Hayward lights failed. Spoke to them multiple times until i was told that these lights had been unreliable and they gave me number of their rep at Heyward. So, after another season, I acquired some replacement lights and tried to schedule Manchester to change them out.
Probably 10 calls from June to September. Always promised to put us on the schedule. Never did. So.unimpressed with their service after the sale. Will look elsewhere for my pool needs next time.
